The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

We arrived just fine with the directions he gave us, everything was very good and a nice area. I recommend it and the apartment is really good, everything was very clean and spacious, everything was right.

Belén is a very good host. She was waiting for us to show us the apartment and gave us explanations of everything we needed. As for the apartment, we felt right at home. It fully matches the photos. The terrace is very spacious and beautiful and we took advantage of it to have breakfast and lunch every day. Another thing we really liked was the tranquility in the area and that the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful apartment, location, spotless, with all the essential one could hope for, and then some. The two separate bathrooms were especially an appreciated feature. And Veronica could not be outdone in attending to this travelers lost items, immediately resolving concerns, making for a genuinely peaceful stay. Excellent all around !

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We had a wonderful stay at the oceanfront apartment in Puçol. As a family, we enjoyed a very special week in Valencia, full of tranquility and unforgettable moments. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just a few steps away and a very cozy atmosphere. The apartment is tastefully renovated, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Communication was excellent from the first moment. We would definitely be happy to go back!

We were very happy. A quiet and central area with good parking. Although we didn't see Anabel much, we chatted with her for a while and found her to be very responsible and nice. Without a doubt, when we return to that area, we will return to your home.

The place was excellent, at least as good as pictured. The hostess was always accommodating and available at all times and very friendly. The location is also optimal, quietly located and everything can be reached quickly on foot or by car. Absolutely recommended!

Everything very good, the views from the window near the bed are breathtaking , the sunrise looked full. Maria Pilar indicated everything very well and kindly, we had a very good stay.

We thank Vincente as well as Amparo for their responsiveness and sympathy. It was a great week in a very quiet accommodation and a beautiful city. In low season it lacks a little pep's but it was still very pleasant. Part of the pool was not functional but Vincente was able to find solutions, and also perfect restaurant recommendations, shops etc... I highly recommend this apartment!!

Place was awesome. Plenty of space, rooms were a nice size and beds comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Having the beach chairs for the beach and the paddle ball game was a nice touch. Loved the balcony even with the windows closed it was nice to sit there. Washer and dryer were great to use. Having a bottle of water upon arrival was very appreciated. Grocery stores are very close. The parking garage was bonus so didn’t need to worry about parking car. Over all felt super safe and secure. So close to beach!! Thank you!
