Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grassina

We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Thank you Gabriela and Leonardo!!!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

While our Venice Airbnb was our favorite overall, Eddy’s apartment in Florence was a close second! The location is incredible—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and steps from the Duomo. Eddy greeted us from the upstairs window (such a fun surprise!) and welcomed us with thoughtful treats like rosé, coffee pods, gluten-free chips, and the pear juice that quickly became our travel obsession. 🍐 The space is modern, spotless, and had the most comfortable beds and pillows we experienced in all of Italy. The washer and dryer were a huge perk, and having two sets of keys made exploring with a group so much easier. Do note: there’s no elevator and the entrance opens right onto a lively street, so be prepared to step straight into the Florence buzz. Our first night was a bit noisy due to neighbors in the courtyard, but earplugs did the trick and the rest of the stay was peaceful. A few extra towels would’ve been the cherry on top.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. This apartment is located in the center of the center, so it can be a little noisy outside at night, but it's absolutely worth it for its close proximity to major sights. Stefano was an excellent host. We were met in person and check-in was easy. Communication was excellent. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Gabriele’s apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. He provided all the essential amenities plus welcome snacks. We appreciate the time he took to greet us and show us around the apartment and give us dining recommendations. The apartment was very close to the train station and close walking distance to almost anywhere. Because it is near the outdoor market outside of Mercato Centrale the area is very busy and could be a little loud at night. But the convenience of being close to everything makes it’s worth it.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le indicazioni fornite dal proprietario per raggiungere la casa sono state precise e semplici da seguire. L'alloggio era confortevole, pulito e ben dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il parcheggio coperto per la moto, un dettaglio non da poco per chi viaggia su due ruote. La presenza della macchinetta del caffè e dell'acqua fresca in frigorifero sono stati un'accoglienza molto gradita. Inoltre, ho trovato comodo avere a disposizione saponi per la doccia e asciugamani puliti. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e ben organizzato.

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Aparamento muito amplo. Utensílios muito bons, azeite bom, café sem limites. A anfitriã é muito clara e, acima de tudo, achei uma pessoa muito do bem, que teve a delicadeza de me escrever e sugerir pra não ir longe no dia seguinte, porque havia um alerta de mau tempo pro dia seguinte. Panzano é bem vazia em baixa temporada, vários restaurantes fechados, mas a vista do terraço do apto é linda e a Chiantigiana( SC 222), também. A única dificuldade em relação ao apartamento ( e acho que se aplica mais a brasileiro, porque é diferente daqui), refere-se a um ponto muito bacana da cidade, que é o tratamento do lixo que eles mantém por lá: Toda a região conta com coleta de lixo 100% seletiva, de modo que as coletas são de lixo orgânico dia sim, dia não; e, nos intercalados, recolhe-se num dia em plástico, no outro papel etc. Se no dia da saída vc tiver lixo que nao se recolhe naquele dia, vc tem que levar com vc e achar o local do descarte. Super razoável a regra; conseguimos achar. ☺️

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Flot lejlighed midt inde i Firenze med gåafstand til alting. Og så en fantastisk tagterasse med udsigt ud over Firenze! Eneste forslag til forbedring er flere glas og kopper, så vi ikke skal vaske op hele tiden.

O apartamento é amplo e muito bom como na descrição. Os móveis são novos e com qualidade. A água do banheiro bastante quente. A localização está uns 20 minutos de caminhada do Duomo e outras atrações. Recomendo

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

We had a great visit! Very walkable and quiet at night compared to surrounding area since it’s in a semi-private courtyard. The rooms were nice and common area was a nice place to relax in between sightseeing!

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!
