My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Diann's place is very nice, clean and much like the pictures! We enjoyed BBQing in the little patio and loved playing ping ping! We definitely recommend it and would come back!

Shannon's place is comfortable and conveniently located a short distance from the Nevada County Fairgrounds. It was a great location to return to after spending hours at a music festival to rest and refresh before heading back to the fairgrounds. The backyard patio is especially enjoyable in the morning. Lots of flowers, birds and beautiful trees contribute to the peaceful surroundings.

the little house was perfect for us and our dog. In town, but above the main hub. The house is as described. the charm of the "old bones", in the floor, doors, and simple decor, was a good fit. We enjoyed walking everywhere and taking our pup with us. A very dog friendly town.

This was our second stay with Merry. A perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! She is a wonderful host and her property is lovely! Proximity to downtown makes it a nice short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. Deer Creek trail is a short hike as well and a beautiful experience. We told Merry we were going to a concert in the park and she provided us with folding chairs, which made our experience perfect! We visit NV City a couple of times each year and Merry's Garden Suite is our new favorite!

Very nice loft right downtown that was both spacious and quaint. Only issue was outside of the control of the landlord due to the noise in the area both late at night from local bar(s)—which is to be expected right downtown—and then very early garbage trucks before 6am, plus loud gardening again before 7am. Again, these were outside the control of the landlord, and overall, I can't imagine a closer location to downtown, nor a more comfortable one.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!
