No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. We try to let you feel like we aren't even there!

We are walking distance to Historic downtown Grass Valley, Nevada County Fairgrounds, many trails, rivers and lakes. We are at the end of the main St of Grass Valley, Mill St. The Yellow Door Room is a private space for our guest to get away. Either alone or up to 4 people total. We allow 1 dog. No cats. When sunny out/people are out. It gets loud outside in day and quiet after 9-10 pm. PLEASE RESPECT OUR POWER BILL AND KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE AND THANK YOU

Russtic Roadside Retreat is a small glamping cabin in a private corner of our property. It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, flush toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, BBQ (unless a fire ban is in effect) and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Pets are welcome but must not be allowed to get on the bed. Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.

Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Lovely patio outside.
