Monthly Rentals in Grape Island

We found Peter’s attention to our situation very commendable( our house was seriously water damaged this spring). He was present, but not overly present. The place was immaculately clean and well stocked. This was an excellent choice for a short term rental. We were exceedingly happy staying at Peter’s residence!!!!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Book it! Beautiful cottage. So many memories made here. The view and sunsets are incredible. It’s peaceful. The home is very clean. I felt like it’s actually better than the pictures show. Very spacious, modern and airy. Tastefully decorated. The backyard is huge and you get to use the kayaks which is an added plus! Takes 30 minutes to walk to moose beach. It’s actually such a beautiful walk. Hope to return.

This was our third stay at Jack’s place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Jack is an exceptional host, always responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The home is beautifully maintained, well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, and offers all the comforts of home (and then some). We always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
