Perfect quiet rustic yet clean and charming get-away. Proximity to Seneca Rocks was stellar. Surrounded by a horse farm, we got to experience the pleasures of simplicity. From the photo album of the transformation of the place, to the hand written notes, the fire pit, to the local maps, to the 3 dimensional mountain farmland road, it was an awesome experience.

This place is beautiful. Very easy to find, easy entry, and private. Ziggy was helpful and communicative throughout the stay. There were little issues here and there but overall a great and convenient place to stay with a large group! The hot tub was nice, too. 4.5 - 5 star experience for sure.

I would highly recommend staying here. If I ever come back to the area I would love to book this place again.

Excellent accommodations. We were 5 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the spacious first floor for their magna-tile and lego projects and the adults were happy at the large dining table. The outdoors were quiet, spacious and plenty of opportunities for the kids to run around. We used this location as a central point for the high peaks hike in MD and WV, an excellent location. Also visited Blackwater Falls and Seneca Rocks - amazing natural wonders. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Nice house in a great location. Close to downtown Davis and activities at Canaan resort. Kid friendly space upstairs. The kitchen has the necessities for cooking and is open to the living room. The host is responsive and was easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay at Charlotte’s Web! It sits right beside the Canaan Valley Nat’l Refuge and is within a 5 min drive to Timberline Mountain. We also enjoyed hikes at Blackwater Falls, dinner and coffee in Davis, and had plenty of places to grab items we needed for meals. We felt cozy in the space, and so did our dog Roxie! The hot tub was an added treat. We hope to stay again in the not so distant future!

The name says it all- it is a crooked house! It was nice that it felt like someone’s real home rather than your typical cheaply and hastily done air bnb. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but was very comfortable for our stay. We could walk to lots of things to do in Davis and our dog enjoyed the small fenced in area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the cutest space for our family vacation. Well designed, cared for, and truly full of everything we could need. We loved getting to cook in the kitchen, cozy up on the couch and pop into the state park just down the street. Our toddler got around just fine with the little step stools everywhere. It was wonderful and we’d stay here again.

This river side retreat just steps from the heart of Davis is my go to haven. I have stayed here three times in nine months. On top of a top notch kitchen, a home living room, a very comfy bed the true star of this gem are the views of the river from it's picture window. The front porch has nice deck chairs and the fire pit is awesome. There is also a covered shelter picnic table between the apartments and the houses. I've enjoyed my cereal in coffee there many times. The other great thing about this rental is you can easily walk to the gallery, shops and restaurants in Davis. it's less than a block. The host is very friendly and responsive. I adore this wonderful oasis. I always return feeling recharged. I highly recommend this Canaan treasure!

Our stay at Dave and Linna's was wonderful and would go back in a heartbeat. The location is so close to the slopes. They truly have put a special touch into the place as well. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is lovely, and it's very clean. Beautiful touches throughout and thoughtful accessories just in case you might forget a toiletry item or something. Can't wait to make another visit to Timberline and stay here.

Alison was wonderful and so kind to accommodate a special request for us. We took our first trip with a new baby and the Airbnb was perfect. Great location. Clean space with everything we needed. My 4 year old slept on the pull out couch which was a great / comfortable one! Great place. Highly recommend.

Place was beautiful. Only got to stay for a few hours due to a family emergency and had to head back home. Host let us check in early and was responsive to messages. Bed was comfy. Shower had great water pressure. View outside was breathtaking. Can’t wait to actually get to stay here.

Nancy’s place was great! Everything was clean and nice. Perfect location for a weekend ski trip to Timberline. It was so nice to walk into a place where everything was clean and wonderful and no scented plug in overwhelmed the space! Next time there are 2 of us traveling to Davis, we would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time at this condo! It was the perfect location with its close proximity to the lodge and chair lift. It was so easy for our group to navigate our first visit to Timberline. Laura was a fantastic host that got back to me almost immediately each time I reached out. The condo was cozy, well stocked and worked well for our group of two adults and three boys. We hope to come back in the future.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and peaceful. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Five stars all around !!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this charming apartment in a beautifully maintained resort. Perfect place for a couple, complete with fireplace and large jacuzzi tub. Cameron is an amazing host, super responsive and flexible. He generously offered us to check out later during a snow storm. My husband and I will definitely return to this lovely place!

Wonderful time visiting the Davis area and staying in this condo. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our host was easy to communicate with and available when needed. Hope to visit again soon.

We loved the apartment and it was only 15 minutes to Blackwater Falls State Park where we hiked for the weekend. Kerrie's place made us feel right at home. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We enjoyed dinners at Tie One On Fly Shop in Thomas and the Smokehouse in the state park lodge. Both restaurants were great. We will definitely come back.

We had a great weekend staying at the condo! We stayed in A2 and the unit was extremely clean, nothing fancy but perfect for our family. It’s also conveniently located between Canaan and Timberline resorts. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

The condos at Timberline are a standout location! It's steps to the 6x and quad lift - (maybe a 1 minute walk in ski boots). We lucked out and had it for a few days at a discounted rate at the tail end of the season. Even without that it's worth the normal cost. We were a family of 5, the condo worked great for our size of teenagers and middle schoolers. just like any week used location there are bond to be some quirks, but Jeff was available and had speedy remedies. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with dry goods and extras. 2 bathrooms a washer dryer, dishwasher and outdoor balcony were great to enjoy a week as a gas fireplace. The owners left a supply of boot pads that made it easy to keep everything clean after a day on the slopes. would totally recommend taking advantage of the friendly staff at Timberline, and the condos. Its a great family place. one point of recommendation is the convenience store (right turn onto the main road and 2-3 minutes)
