Walk to lifts- 70 steps or less! Just a few miles from Canaan Valley Ski Resort & Whitegrass! Hike to Dolly Sods right from the condo ! Whitegrass for lunch!+ High Speed Internet. AT&T has service coverage but if you have Verizon or another carrier I would check before you come. this area is remote so prepare! Afterwards, you will enjoy the views by the gas fireplace! This condo is on the 3rd floor. Nicely updated with stone fireplace, copper counter tops, new appliances, and jacuzzi tub!

This unique place has a style all its own and very peaceful. Many recent updates! A/C ! Pool( Please Note: This is an outdoor community pool and is only open Memorial Day Thru Labor Day!) WiFi is 100MB symmetrical will drop depending on amount of users. This occurs generally in evening. Tennis court, and pickle ball court in the summer. Get comfortable with mountain views and fresh, clean air at 3,200' altitude, close to Canaan Valley/Blackwater Falls State Parks. Also, Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob (highest point of WV). Lots of hiking/biking trails. Unique shopping in Davis and Thomas with a variety of restaurants. Fast food? An adventurous, scenic drive goes to Parsons, with the only McDonald's and traffic light in the county. Relax on the back deck to view the horse pasture and the small private airport.

The cozy living room has a fireplace , comfortable seating with views. The deck provides a nice oasis to sit and read , listen to birds or walk down the stairs to the common area and forest . Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for food prep with bar and dining room table.

Walk to Dolly Sods!! Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath has the best location. There are lots of hiking and biking trails easily accessible. The Wilderness Area, aka Dolly Sods is close by, or try out any of the other hikes. We have a pull out sofa bed for extra guests, a grill for BBQing on the balcony, and cozy gas fireplace that makes our condo hands down the best! When you tire from the hiking, biking or fishing, retire in style. Put you feet up and relax. And yes, we have wifi.

Conveniently located in the heart of Canaan Valley we are within view and minutes away from Dolly sods and the Canaan national wildlife refuge area. Also just a short drive away from popular areas such as Canaan Valley State park, Black water Falls, Douglas falls, Seneca Rocks and the towns of Davis, Thomas and Elkins. A four-wheel drive vehicle is not needed in most cases.
