On the rear deck, a sauna, hot tub, gas fire table and pizza oven are available. We provide a kayak for guests to enjoy on nearby Sand Run Lake.

This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. The house has starlink and it works really well. There is also a landline phone.
