This was a great place to relax and enjoy nature in West Virginia! Easy access to a lake and near plenty of great hiking spots was a huge plus. Kimberly and Ethan were amazing hosts and were always fast to respond whenever I had a question

Almost Heaven Chalet

Excellent accommodations. We were 5 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the spacious first floor for their magna-tile and lego projects and the adults were happy at the large dining table. The outdoors were quiet, spacious and plenty of opportunities for the kids to run around. We used this location as a central point for the high peaks hike in MD and WV, an excellent location. Also visited Blackwater Falls and Seneca Rocks - amazing natural wonders. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Bear Brook

Our family of four had a great time skiing, tubing, sledding, and hiking. House is centrally located between Davis/Blackwater Falls, Timberline and Canaan Ski areas, and Dolly Sods. Layout is great for two couples or a family with 2-3 kids that can share the loft. Hot tub was clean and well-cared for. We were also very happy with the kitchen amenities, as we love to cook!
A charming three-story tiny house is set on a well-maintained lawn, surrounded by trees. The structure features a spacious wrap-around deck on the first level and a top-level deck, offering ample outdoor living space. A wooden boardwalk leads to the entrance.

Zen2- Adorable Tiny Home in Davis! Pet Friendly!

Liked the industrial-cabin feel of the place. No problems with heat. Nice short walk into town with restaurants and shops, able to beat the crowds from the ski hills. Great for 2 (read below about steep steps to loft bedroom); a bit tight for 4 but doable.
A log cabin features a welcoming porch with wooden railing, surrounded by lush greenery. The cabin's rustic design is complemented by large windows that provide natural light. A stone fire pit and picnic table are situated on the lawn, creating a cozy outdoor gathering space.

Quitin' Time

We had a wonderful stay at the Canaan Valley Cabin! We came as two families (plus our dog), and the cabin was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The view from the cabin is beautiful and peaceful—such a nice escape from the everyday rush. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner together each night, which made meals easy and fun. One of the highlights was definitely the Jacuzzi—relaxing in the warm water after a day of exploring was a treat for everyone. We only stayed for two nights but had such a great time. It’s a perfect spot for families, friends, and pets looking to enjoy nature without giving up comfort. Highly recommend!
A cozy living area features a stone fireplace as a focal point. Natural light flows through large windows, illuminating two blue sofas and a wooden coffee table. A TV stand sits to the left, enhancing the open and inviting space.
