Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Dear guests, our property is located in the lower part of our house. Access is at ground level. The apartment is barrier-free except for a small threshold in the toilet. Parking is available right in front of the house. A fire bowl in the garden with seating is available for cozy evenings. In the apartment, underfloor heating under the parquet floor provides pleasant warmth even in the colder season.

Our accommodation is located not far from Lake Ammersee in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich is a half an hour.
