Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Dear guests, our property is located in the lower part of our house. Access is at ground level. The apartment is barrier-free except for a small threshold in the toilet. Parking is available right in front of the house. A fire bowl in the garden with seating is available for cozy evenings. In the apartment, underfloor heating under the parquet floor provides pleasant warmth even in the colder season.
