Everything was wonderful!! Daniel's accommodation is beautiful, with an incredibly beautiful property and spectacular views. He was always available to make our stay easier. Accommodation 20 minutes from the most touristic places. Thank you very much for everything, we will be back!!! :)

We felt right at home since we arrived at the property and met Maite , an exceptional host, pleasant , friendly , very close and always in direct communication with us , making our stay even more pleasant . We didn't have very good weather on this occasion , but the truth , it's a perfect place at any time of the year , we had an incredible family vacation, surrounded by nature and tranquility but a step from the city and the beach by car or bus . Couldn't ask for more , privacy , spaciousness , comfort, and wonderful views. Being two totally independent buildings it is perfect to enjoy as a family or with friends , but also being able to maintain their independence each. Perfect for children and adults and with plenty of extras to enjoy , even when the weather doesn't go along , impossible to get bored , pin pon, basket, running machine, WI FI high speed etc… Wishing to come back

The stay at Villa Erbosa was fantastic. We came to spend a few days in Asturias with a group of friends and we were very comfortable. The house is spectacular, surrounded by splendid views and in the middle of a very quiet development with many facilities such as a bar, pool, playgrounds and direct access to a beautiful beach. The house was also equipped with everything you need and more. Ingació has been very friendly and attentive, communication with him has been very easy, and he has recommended very many places to eat, drink cider and also for hiking.

We really liked the place!! It's identical to the images and videos Alberto sends. It is a very cozy house, we did not need to turn on the heating because it insulates the temperatures very well. Everything was clean and well-equipped to make full use of the house, we only brought food, although they gave us some coffee capsules as a courtesy. We had a barbecue outside and enjoyed the green area of the house. Alberto's service was very good, he is very kind and helpful.

We are very happy about this house, everything was tidy and just as seen in the photos, a super quiet area to disconnect and close to Gijón. Carmen was always attentive to us and recommended many restaurants and places to visit. Can't wait to be back.

The place is great, good BBQ area, lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Dave attentive to give us arrival and departure instructions. Highly recommended

Luisa and her husband were very attentive and have been attentive to all our needs. The house is great, just as it looks in the photos and has everything you need to live in it (and more of us who were going with babies and spend a lot of time in the house). You have to move by car but it is 10 minutes from Avilés and 5 from Salinas beach. In the area you can walk to some large parks that are nearby and you can walk with the dogs in that area. I 100% recommend it

Many thanks to Elena for her dedication and for offering this paradise. The house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need to feel at home. Ideal for families with children because it also had toys and a beautiful garden where you can play and/or relax. In addition, Elena is a super host, attentive and kind. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property, completely renovated with taste. Covered and secure parking in front of the property is greatly appreciated. The dining room at the back is a very windowed and very pleasant room. No neighbors during our stay. It should be noted that the property is located on a busy road and that the train passes at the back. It is very convenient for access to the road network but a little noisy at night. Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Amaya is a remarkable, proactive and efficient hostess. Thank you!
