Vacation rentals with a sauna in Grad Zadar

With 2 people we stayed here overnight. The apartment is easy to reach and is right by the sea. In addition to the luxurious interior, the private terrace was also pleasant. The pool with self service bar on the second floor is great. Here you can enjoy the sunset and have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore, everything was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. In summary, I only have positive feedback about the hosts of this apartment.

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

We had an amazing stay and a nice time. The apartment was clean and well equipped. On the large balcony you could have breakfast and enjoy your coffee in peace. The location was also ideal - central yet quiet. Smaller shops, restaurants, and swimming opportunities were within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly despite a late arrival. When it wasn't on the road, the overall very well-maintained outdoor area with the large pool invited you to linger. Overall a perfect stay that I can only recommend!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Highly recommend staying at this place! It is perfect if you are looking for a great time on vacation. It is as beautiful as on the pictures and the view is amazing. Martina was really friendly and even brought us a cake as a gift. She was always quick to answer and open for all questions.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! We were a group of five friends celebrating a bachelor party and couldn’t have wished for a better spot. The private rooftop terrace was a real highlight – stunning panoramic views over the city, great for grilling, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and soaking up the sun. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, super clean, and perfect for unwinding. It’s also very well located – quick and cheap to get into the city or to nearby beaches. Communication with Dora was super easy – she always responded quickly and was really helpful. All in all, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!

I recommend to everyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle, the pool and 200 meters to the sea is a big plus at a high temperature

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back anytime. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

Everything was good 🤘. The villa had everything we needed. Restaurants, shops, beach, everything is close. The host was really friendly and helpful in answering everything. My kids were really comfortable and had fun .Thank you very much 😎

hands down one if the nicest villas ive ever stayed in more than everything you need is there 5 minutes to the beach marin was quick on the response if there was anything i needed highly recommend and would 100 percent stay here again 10/10

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

We had a wonderful stay! Krunoslav was a fantastic host – communication was excellent from the start, he was always available and very helpful. The villa is absolutely stunning: modern design, high-quality amenities, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The pool was a true highlight – perfect for relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering plenty of privacy. We were especially impressed by the amazing sea view, which can be enjoyed from the upper house area. The location is great – just a few minutes’ walk to the sea. Overall, a very fair price for such a high-quality accommodation. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this villa!
