We can really recommend Lucius’s apartment if you like a quiet place, with pool and jacuzzi and the center and beach from walking distance. The communication went flawless and offers great hospitality.

This place is amazing. Beautiful and everything the pictures share. There is a building going up in front of this place, but it currently doesn’t look like it will obscure the view from the penthouse. The other floors below will be problematic. The location is better found with Apple or Google Maps. Waze gets lost on the new streets. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We have absolutely loved our stay! Kata is so welcoming and kind and was happy to help with any questions. The apartment has everything you would need and is in a wonderful location with a beautiful sea view. Also the bed was very comfy! I will recommend Kata and her place to anyone who is visiting near Zadar, and we hope to return one day ourselves :)

The place have everything you need for a calm vacation. Car is parked right next to the garden and the 15m walk to the sea is in a private area, not crossing any roads (which I always appreciate and is hard to find). We stayed with a baby and a dog, were provided all baby equipmemt and had lots of calm areas to walk the dog behind the house. Beach is very clean and access so water is easy, great for kids. 5 minute walk through a calm area by the sea is a coffee place/day bar and 2 good restaurants. Marina had a lot of local tips for us and was always helpful and easy to reach, we are definately coming back!

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay at Ivan’s place. The check-in was very flexible as we arrived at 10pm in the evening. The place was just like the pictures and was comfortable to stay in. It was about 2km walk to the old city, but we knew that up front so it was no problem. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. We had a short convo with Ivan when checking in as it was already late, but he seemed very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We traveled in 2 families, with a total of 4 infants. The apartment is perfect, super size, nice spacious rooms, great terrace, amazing view of the sea. Everything you needed was there and if not, the landlords helped us very quickly and were committed. We would have liked to have stayed longer and would recommend the apartment to anyone.

This listing is located in a peaceful residential area which is very nice when you have just left two noisy listings. The accommodation is very well equipped and was very clean. We'll be happy to come back to Croatia and if possible to this place when we return to Zadar.

Very good service and ideal location, however a renewal of the bedding would be to consider ( we felt the springs of the mattress) for the rest bed linen and cleanliness nothing to complain about , I recommend

5 stars all around, this place is a little Gem! We are already planning our next trip to revisit, it’s so picturesque and peaceful (no hustle and bustle). Me, my husband & two boys aged 9 & 7 had the best 5 days here. The accommodation was spotless with all the amenities needed. The boys shared the sofa bed and there was ample room, the boys loved the added extra of Netflix and YouTube. There was a cute pebble beach in walking distance, we did venture out in Ubers most days and found some other lovely pebbled beaches. There is a bakery & supermarket right outside the accommodation along with a handful of bars and restaurants. We caught an Uber into Zadar old town for 2 nights and WOW!It was absolutely stunning, so definitely worth the trip for €12 in an Uber. Check in was super easy with Ana’s daughter waiting to greet us. Both Ana and her daughter were extremely helpful. Top tip, ensure you take up the offer for Ana to arrange a taxi to collect you, taxis are a rip off at the airpot.
