Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Grad Zadar

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time as five with friends and our two dogs here :) nice fenced yard and great hot tub to relax! Here everything is within walking distance in 10 minutes, restaurants, bakeries, shops and beach and sea! In 15 minutes you can drive to Zadar by car, where there is everything your heart desires. Ana and her husband are loving hosts and really go the extra mile, right on arrival there was a guest gift and cold drinks were ready and for the farewell there was even a farewell surprise! We had a great time here (despite not so great weather in April). We especially loved that everything is very dog-friendly :) The rustic house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very elaborately, there is a lot of heart and soul in it…we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone! :)

Lidia is really a great host, very kind and helpful all the time. we only miss a little shop or a bar in the neighbourhood

The house was amazing, like shown on the pictures. Everything was clean at our arrival and the host was reachable. The beach was easy reachable by foot. The jacuzzi, pool and sauna worked really well. We enjoyed our stay

Our stay at Goran and Nikolina's was great. The place absolutely met our expectations, was very modern and absolutely clean. The garden with hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the two was totally straightforward, they were very helpful and always available. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back! We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.

Our stay at the villa was amazing! Everything was clean and they had everything there you could need. The location is amazing! It is a quiet neighborhood just outside of Zadar. You can take an Uber that takes you to the old town of Zadar in 10 minutes. The next bigger stores are Lidl, Kaufland and Spar that you can reach in 10 minutes with your car and the way from the airport to the villa takes 8 minutes. The best for last: there is a HEATED jacuzzi. As we were there at the end of September it was a really great way to end the day. All in all we were super happy with our stay and can’t recommend it enough.

We liked the place very much and more than met our requirements. It was clean, super nicely decorated and modern. We were 6 people and everything was perfect for us! About the pool, the house itself and the space outside. Communication was impeccable and questions were answered very quickly. Even for smaller concerns, there was always a solution without problems. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away and there are many things to do (we also got recommendations for this). It was all great and there is nothing to complain about!

Flexible check in and amazing rooms.

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is better than shown in the pictures. The accommodation is decorated in style. The kitchen,bathrooms are all very nice and comfortable. I will definitely rent from Ms.Dragice again. The check-in was very easy,communication with the host also. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we felt at home. I highly recommend this place !

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

For a family with two teenagers, the house is recommended. The pool was very popular. The garden is large to allow a distant view. The surrounding stalls and the city of Nin 5 minutes to the river is beautiful and restorative.
