Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Grad Zadar

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit zu fünft mit Freunden und unseren beiden Hunden hier :) schöner eingezäunter Hof und toller Whirlpool zum entspannen! Hier ist alles zu Fuß in 10min erreichbar, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Läden und Strand und Meer! In 15min ist man nach Zadar mit dem Auto rein gefahren, dort gibt es alles was sonst noch so das Herz begehrt. Ana und ihr Mann sind liebevolle Gastgeber und geben sich wirklich viel Mühe, direkt beim ankommen gab es ein Gastgeschenk und kalte Getränke standen bereit und zum Abschied gab es sogar eine Abschiedsüberraschung! Wir haben hier (trotz nicht so tollem Wetter im April) eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass alles sehr hundefreundlich ist :) Das rustikale Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr aufwändig eingerichtet, hier steckt richtig viel Herzblut drin…wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen es jedem weiter! :)

Lídia nagyon kedves házigazda, mindenben segített, nagyon-nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A környezet szép és csendes, a tenger két perc sétával elérhető. A ház felszereltsége kifogástalan.

Wir waren mit 8 Mädels zu Gast. Die Villa war wirklich super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war einfach und Bruno war jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir hatten viel Spass und empfehlen die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Goran und Nikolina war großartig. Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut unseren Vorstellungen, war sehr modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Garten mit Whirlpool war perfekt, um sich nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war total unkompliziert, sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wenn wir einmal wieder in der Gegend sein sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei! Vielen Dank euch beiden, liebe Grüße an die Jungs und natürlich auch Buffy!😉

We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

Davorka und ihr Mann waren sehr lieb und haben uns immer wieder ihre Hilfe angeboten bzgl. Aktivitäten oder wenn wir etwas benötigten. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und war in einem Topzustand. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Umgebung und der Strand waren ein Traum.

Our stay at the villa was amazing! Everything was clean and they had everything there you could need. The location is amazing! It is a quiet neighborhood just outside of Zadar. You can take an Uber that takes you to the old town of Zadar in 10 minutes. The next bigger stores are Lidl, Kaufland and Spar that you can reach in 10 minutes with your car and the way from the airport to the villa takes 8 minutes. The best for last: there is a HEATED jacuzzi. As we were there at the end of September it was a really great way to end the day. All in all we were super happy with our stay and can’t recommend it enough.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und unsere Ansprüche mehr als erfüllt. Es war sauber, super schön eingerichtet und modern. Wir waren 6 Personen und für uns war alles perfekt! Über Pool, das Haus ansich und den Raum außerhalb. Die Kommunikation war makellos und auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch für kleinere Anliegen gab es immer ohne Probleme eine Lösung. Ein Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen (dafür haben wir auch Empfehlungen bekommen). Es war rundum super und es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos.

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week in Danijela’s beautiful home, the villa more than met our expectations & we felt very welcome & at home. Danijela and her family are fabulous hosts & very responsive when needed. The villa is very private in a quiet area but within easy reach of everything by car. The villa also has a bath & washing machine which were very needed travelling with two babies! It has so hot during our visit so we’ve spent all our time in the pool & didn’t get to make use of the lovely play area & tennis courts unfortunately. We’d love to return & also make use of the hot tub and sauna. A week just wasn’t enough. Highly recommended

Vrlo sam zadovoljna sa smještajem.Sve je bolje nego što je prikazano na slikama.Smještaj je uređen sa stilom.Kuhinja ,kupaonice kreveti sve je vrlo lijepo i udobno.Sigurno ću ponovo iznajmiti smještaj kod gđ.Dragice.Ulazak je bio vrlo jednostavan,komunikacija sa domaćinom također.Dragica hvala vam na gostoprimstvu,osjećali smo se kao doma.Visoko preporučujem ovaj smještaj !

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

Marta ist eine sehr freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und die Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Marta hat uns sofort über Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen informiert, sie brachte uns sogar eine Geburtstagstorte, ohne dass erwähnt wurde, dass jemand Geburtstag hat. Das war eine wirklich tolle Überraschung! Check out war für uns sehr flexibel, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können die schöne Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Für eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Das Pool war sehr beliebt. Der Garten ist gross um einen Fernblick zu erlauben. Die umliegenden Stände und die 5 Minuten zu Fluss entfernte Stadt Nin ist schön und erholsam.
