Villa vacation rentals in Grad Zadar

If you are looking for a very peaceful location within walking distance of shops etc then this is it. We loved our stay but the only thing I would mention is that the Uber drivers did struggle to find the place so make sure you have the map that Adrijan sends to show them but it was never an issue.

Amazing apartment overlooking Zadar, although it is not in the center, you can easily walk and quickly. There are several supermarkets near by.

We loved our stay here! The local public beach is a 2 minute walk and the water was perfect. The space was great and comfortable. We took day trips to Pag and Split, easy to see so much while staying here. I would definitely recommend Valerija's place and will stay again!

Ivana is a great host very reliable and probably the best tourguide in town ! the house is amazing and has all things you need with stunning views/pool/amazing balconies and sport opportunities beaches in walking distance . thank you so much !

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

The villa is very clean and modern. The villa is in a very quiet area a few hundred meters from the sea. There are no other houses around – just one – and this gives great peace and tranquility. Angelo and Smiljia responded in real time to my questions and were always kind and friendly. Congratulations to them and beautiful location. i hope to be back soon.

Our stay at this beautiful house was just fantastic! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and offered everything we needed. The pool was an absolute highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The view of the mountains was breathtaking and provided a wonderful atmosphere. The beach was quickly accessible by bike, which we liked very much. The location of the house is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet but still want to be close to the beach and nature. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back any time. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Just Wow! Our first impression of the house and it continued. The house is very nicely decorated and superbly decorated. Kitchen accessories of all kinds, shower/towels etc. all available! (Except wifi; was not always and available in all rooms) Each bedroom with air conditioning and cozily furnished, with its own bathroom. In the basement a fitness area, better than in some hotels. The (partly video monitored) outdoor area also offers everything you need! Space in the shade, loungers, showers and access directly to the sea. Water shoes are highly recommended here, as it goes rocky into the sea (which could also be difficult for non-swimmers and children, depending on the waves.) The pool can't be used, but that's not bad if you don't expect one from the start. Our highlight was to be able to watch dolphins 2 times with a direct view of the sea from the living room and also sleeping (straight from bed)! We recommend the house!

We had a perfect Vacation! The house was exactly as described and the hosting was exceptional. Always got fast responses.. The Villa is a perfect place for groups and very calm. You will find everything you need (kitchen supplys are genius) for sure. Its the perfect place to spent time !!!!

Lovely house right on the water. 20 mins drive from nearest Hub. Peaceful yet not remote. Walks in mountains behind are stunning. The Mirila (old grave sites) in the hills add. Take a look.

The villa was truly stunning - beautifully designed with loads of space and lovely en-suite bedrooms, all of which had AC. This was ideal for our party of 10. Niki was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The location was good for exploring the local coastline, taking a boat trip and exploring the historic walled city of Zadar. We all had a great holiday. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Elani.

Amazing villa in a great location. Magladena was a great communicator and organised an airport pickup upon our arrival. The villa was spotless and everything felt clean and fresh, comfortable beds and the swimming pool was cleaned regularly. This is a perfect size villa for a group and family. Magladena and her Father, Mirko were excellent hosts and always offered help when needed - I highly recommend due to the friendly and helpful nature of hosts, and a well-looked after villa.

Here's a corrected, fluid, and clear version of your review: ⸻ The place offered was very beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The outside, as well as the pool, is very well maintained. The apartment was clean upon arrival. We were disturbed during the night by noisy neighbors, but this is not the host's responsibility. Unfortunately, there is not much accessible on foot: it takes about 15-20 minutes by car to get to the city center. On the other hand, the presence of parking spaces right in front of the building is a real plus. We were a little disappointed because we thought we had an apartment with a balcony, but for one night it was quite bearable We didn't notice that there was no elevator, fortunately we were on the first floor

Super nice place with pool and plenty of comfort, very nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby bed, children's dishes, games,...). From here you can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitvice Lakes, the Krka Waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands. The house is well equipped. Ana provided us with fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... upon arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy stove. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

It's been a wonderful week ☺️ The house is the same as in the pictures beautifully 🤩 a super great location, clean, we felt sooo comfortable right away. Luka is soooo nice, we definitely made new friends. The pool, cleanliness, everything was perfect 🤩 We will be back anytime.

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

We can't speak highly enough of what was an amazing stay. The property is so full of charm with every requirement for a family holiday thought of - we instantly felt at home. The peaceful location is within walking distance of the most beautiful scenery, full of history and with excellent restaurants. The bakery around the corner was a daily visit for our kids. Beautiful stylishly furnished house in which you feel very comfortable . What we were missing was an oven, would be great in the outdoor kitchen. The photos do not make it so clear that you cannot walk directly into the sea from the property in front, as it is too shallow and gatschig. You have to walk about 100 meters along the road to jump into the water. The more beautiful bay with deeper water is 200 meters away. For quick cooling, we often jumped into the pool. With the Sup you can drive away from the property. Wonderful is the silence of the small place, and the shopping right on the farm. We had a lovely holiday in Zeljko's house.
