Mobile home by the sea 1

We stayed in the apartment out of season and felt very comfortable. A paradise for families with children (direct location to the beach, swings and co in the garden). Sanda and Vlado were very warm and we felt very welcome. We gladly accepted the offer to show us things on site and got to know so many beautiful corners that we probably would not have seen or experienced otherwise. We will be happy to come back.
A single-story cottage is set amidst an olive garden, surrounded by green grass and wildflowers. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting gentle shadows. The exterior walls are a soft hue, and a few windows allow for views of the serene landscape.

We felt very welcome in Uglijan. We enjoyed our stay surrounded by olive trees, taking showers outside. It’s a really nice place to slow down. In order to rent bikes we didn’t even need to go to Preko. Close by there’s a place in Uglijan village where they rent bmx bikes. The house has two windows with Moskito net, you can sleep with a fresh wind in the night.
A close-up view features vibrant flowers in red and white, adding a pop of color to the entrance. The wooden front door with a decorative glass panel stands partially visible in the background, framed by a warm, inviting wall.

Casa Zara - bungalow in Privlaka

DejanRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Zara with our two children, 8 and 11 years old. So we arrived there was chocolate and a bottle of wine waiting for us which we found really great and attentive. The bungalow is tastefully and nicely decorated, there is nothing missing. The garden is also really great, I will miss this hanging chair very much:-D We were allowed to meet Francesco, a really very likeable, open person. He also helped us without hesitation in a matter of one of our children. Unfortunately, we did not meet Adriana but from time to time wrote with her and she was always nice and helpful. Location is perfect. Nin, Vir, Zaton and Zadar are a stone's throw away. By car we visited and found all the dream beaches but also on foot you can reach a beautiful sandy beaches. It was a really great holiday for us 4. Best regards to you, Adriana and Francesco

Charming small house (2 rooms & 2 bathrooms)

MargareteRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We were very warmly welcomed. Marijana showed us around and then retired. She was very helpful with questions. The garden where the cottage is located is beautiful, the cottage is under an old fig tree. Gradually, we discovered the turtles in the garden. The proximity to the sea, grocery store and restaurants was ideal. To say goodbye, she gave us her homemade liqueur, which was delicious. The whole family was very warm. We'll be back. Thanks again for the hospitality.

I loved absolutely everything about Karmen’s house. It was comfortable and d cozy. I slept very well and loved looking at the stars out of the sky lights. Karmen and her sister answered any question. Also, the wifi was great and the shower had plenty of hot water. Great location. I will definitely stay again on a future trip to Preko!
