Loft vacation rentals in Grad Zadar

Great place! Host very friendly with lots of local recommendations. Owner has coffee shop downstairs which is convenient, also some bike rentals and scooters for $ which is nice although we didn’t book this time. Grocery store and bakery across street. Quiet area with few restaurants nearby for relaxing stay - gorgeous views from the rooftop unit and nice hottub as a bonus! Also a gym downstairs for those that like a workout. Very very clean and nicely put together- highly recommended! We had a vehicle and parking also available in the back.

We had a great stay, the location and the accommodation are excellent. The property was clean and the communal areas such as the pool and outdoor kitchen were also at a high standard. It was very peaceful and the beach is a short walk away. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We spent 4 nights in Ivan’s place and would loved to have spent another week on top of this. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped, enabling you to easily cook meals and wash clothes if required. The location in Preko is excellent, with a short 5 minute walk to the nearest shops and waterfront. The view from the balcony is beautiful and makes the perfect place to sit and relax. We also loved exploring the island of Ugljan, which easy to do from this apartment, and it is also well situated for getting the ferry to and from Zadar. Ivan was an excellent host who communicated with us well and we can’t wait to return soon!

Very cosy stay at Gordana’s studio, couldn’t have made a better choice. The studio was spotlessly clean, bright, pretty and confortable, same as on pictures. Very quiet area, nice view on the sea from the bedroom and the living room. The beach is 20 meters away, old town 15 minutes along a nice walk under pine trees beside the sea and very easy access from the main bus station of Zadar in 10 minutes walk. Would definitely come back ! Thanks for everything Gordana, you made my stay very nice considering the storm and rainy days !

We had a fantastic time in the loft. The place is well equipped. It has a perfect location to explore the city on foot and also reach the sea. The four of us felt very comfortable and can only recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Poljana. It is very quiet location for relaxing and if you like to explore you have also the chance to see beatiful places on Island. All you need: beach, shop and restaurant is only few min. away from house. Nina's Mom is nice als friendly , you feel welcome. We are enjoying a creative, functional and stylish interior design from apartment. We are hope to come back soon.

Very cozy small apartment with all the necessities available. Has two fairly spacious bedrooms, and a balcony with sunbathing and large table. Possible to park in front, then about 30 minutes walk to get to the city center
