A big thank you to Dénis for his warm welcome and charming house located at the top of the village, within walking distance. We enjoyed the calm of the countryside and the pretty body of water a few km away. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, in nature while being close to Aubusson. We'll be happy to go back. We enjoyed Jacqueline's ideal accommodation with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the playroom for children. The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden and terrace are pleasant, we were able to enjoy them in the middle of November.

We only stayed one night in this accommodation but everything is welcoming. Parking right in front, small courtyard where it must be nice to have breakfast on sunny days, the bakery right next door which we could not enjoy because it was a Monday, pretty decor... Thanks to Martine for her responsiveness. I would recommend this property very nice.

The stay was great, quiet, peaceful and charming. While being very attentive, Caz and Terry give guests their privacy in terms of accommodation with a fence if you come with your pet: very convenient. The setting is beautiful and will suit the whole family and couples or singles without children. We'll be sure to come back if we're in the Allier again, 30 minutes from Montluçon, excellent. Great family weekend for the family grandma's 70th birthday! The place is great, the weather wasn't with us but there were about fifteen of us and the place was perfect even inside! The night spaces are well independent so that everyone can have their own space! Quiet in the middle of the countryside! Disconnection assured! Martine is a great host, responsive and attentive! The accommodation is simply perfect: fully equipped house, heated indoor pool, dog bowls, welcome kit, each bedroom has its own bathroom for privacy, large grounds with amenities, pool table, large parking space, modern interior and with a lot of charm... We recommend this listing and will gladly come back!

Very relaxing stay, good hospitality, beautiful view. We slept very well because the bedding is good and it's absolutely calm! Very well equipped cottage, only several small downsides, it needs to be refreshed a little, a little humidity, hot water tank too small. 😉

Perfectly located in relation to the center of Royat so perfect for a thermal cure. The accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the center. The place is perfectly quiet back from the street. There is also a small exterior which is nice. So I would recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a surprise gift for my partner's 30th birthday. Jean-Michel was lovely, responsive and helped us with any queries we had really quickly. excellent little rbnb at the gates of clermont ferrant...brigitte and miguel are very welcoming and friendly while remaining very discreet......it is easy to access...has a place to park ( I was in a van) ....it is a small house with a small courtyard that overlooks a fairly quiet street..... the accommodation has a bedroom....a living room with a sofa bed, a table and a small tv....a well-equipped kitchen area and a small bathroom all a little old but in perfect condition and very clean.. and with a stable and efficient wifi..... in short....I had a very good stay and recommend without reservation this accommodation to which I would happily return if I have to return to a trip to clermont.

staying in Eguzon with 3 friends for the chestnut hikes, we had an excellent welcome from Christine. The location close to the center was ideal for our activities. The dialogue with Christine is great and you can ask her for help without any problem. The place was very good for 4 people. I highly recommend Christine for your vacation. Bernard
