With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This former workshop, completely renovated, has become a lovely, cozy little house. Located close to the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has a magnificent view of the valley. Renovated in an industrial style to preserve its original character, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a cozy bedroom upstairs. "La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
