A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

I invite you to occupy my first house, located in the heart of a Creuse village classified as a stopover village. Located on a quiet street, a few hundred meters from all the shops of the village (bakery-pastry at the end of the street, tobacco shop, pharmacy, Carrefour Market...), this 90 m² house is easy to access, at the exit of the expressway. The icing on the cake, the large wooded garden, with its terrace at the back of the house, offers you moments of sharing in peace.

This sunny cozy cottage offers you all the comfort, privacy and tranquility for a wonderful stay. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom for 2 people, bedroom for 3 people and a crib/high chair. Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. Outside you have a beautiful view, there is plenty of space to create your own place, in the sun or in the shade. Swing and football for the kids.

De gîte ligt landelijk gelegen, maar op korte afstand van restaurant, supermarkt en de snelweg, A71 (10 minuten). Als u wilt kunt u gebruik maken van onze goed gevulde ontbijtmand. Reserveren is noodzakelijk. Kosten €12,50 per persoon.

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.
