Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Deze sfeervolle, ruime accommodatie (65m2) is perfect voor een fijne overnachting. De gîte is voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen. Buiten kunt u genieten op het zonneterras, met uitzicht over het weiland waar de paarden grazen. De gîte ligt landelijk gelegen, maar op korte afstand van restaurant, supermarkt en de snelweg, A71 (10 minuten). Als u wilt kunt u gebruik maken van onze goed gevulde ontbijtmand. The studio is adjacent to our home. The independent entrance opens onto a separate plot of land from ours. Small, completely refurbished 30 m² studio, adjoining our main residence. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret–Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Separate entrance, studio on the first floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a high-quality double bed. Add an additional €5 if you need linens.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
