In unmittelbarer Nähe sind 2 Schigebiete: die Axamer Lizum u. MuttererAlm! Im Sommer ist es perfekt zum wandern und biken mit tollen Einkehrmöglichkeiten! Metzgerei, 2 Bäckereien, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiere nicht erlaubt. 1 Parkplatz (videoüberwacht!). Mülltrennung erforderlich.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet.
