this is an awesome place to spend a nice quite time during winter. We enjoyed it.

We had a very nice stay. The house was very spacious and comfortable. It was also well distributed, so you could also have peace and quiet. To my great surprise, the walls were not thin. Especially pleasant with a larger group. From the house you can go to many great. Start your day's activities. Or stay in the area and take very nice hikes. The toboggan run is also worth a visit. Next time, I'd bring even sharper knives. But I'm sure we would have got them right away if we had asked. I'd love to come back anytime.

An all-round successful booking! Although pets are allowed, there was no hair or the like in the house. The cleaner can feel tapped on the shoulder: Everything was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace worked great and the kitchen was above average well stocked. There was plenty of room to live in, and we also found many games that sweetened our children's evening hours. Finally, we found it very pleasant and relieving in every way that each of the 3 floors had its own toilet. We really enjoyed the time in Lonau! Small special feature on the edge: In the village, there is a mini golf course, which can be played free of charge. The highlight is that everyone can borrow a racket, balls and a game plan from a large storage box for free!

We stayed with Anke and Andreas in Benneckenstein over the Easter holidays. The cottage has been beautiful and perfect for our larger family. was also great that we were able to bring our dog. Everything we needed was there. We also found it positive that the kitchen was superbly furnished to take care of all people (often not the case in cottages.) The rooms were lovingly and comfortably furnished. We will be happy to come back!

At Villa Fips, we felt right at home. The whole ground floor is nicely decorated and very spacious. Upstairs there are more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms also for large groups. Everything was very clean and also the kitchen was super equipped. We lacked nothing. The contact with Christine was very nice, helpful and even with some tips for things to do in the area.

We really liked the original, cozy cottage. No wishes left unfulfilled in the furnishings, a wonderful dining area and cozy sleeping accommodations. Bed linens and towels included - that would have been perfect. But even so, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

This is an amazing and beautiful place to spend your weekends! I recommend it for everyone who likes spend time in calm and cozy place

It couldn't be better! Communication and procedures around arrival and departure excellent, very good value for money. Very clean. Very generous. The separation between large kitchen and living room is great. The whole house was lovingly renovated by the owner, which you can see. Modern bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. In the kitchen, everything you need and more (coffee, tea, plenty of dishes, glasses, Tupperware…). Parking is no problem, even for more than one car. We felt very comfortable with six adults and would come back any time.

Katharina and Philipp's apartment is great. In a secluded location. As soon as you are there, the tranquility returns. The two as hosts are very warm, responsive and do everything they can to make it a relaxing stay. The counter invites you to explore and the usable pool and sauna complete the entire package wonderfully. It was a great getaway (two kids, two adults, one dog)

We had a wonderful stay at Andre and Katharina’s apartment. As mentioned in many other reviews, the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Even if the weather turns unexpectedly bad, you can still enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of the balcony. Katharina provided excellent local recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and more, which really enhanced our trip. They were incredibly friendly and kind, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all the listed amenities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d love to return in the future.

Highly recommend! We had a perfect stay at this beautiful apartment. The place was spotlessly clean as well as modern and tastefully furnished – just as shown in the pictures. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of love for detail. Overall, it looks like the apartment has only recently been renovated to a high standard. In addition, you have a magnificent view over Bad Lauterberg from the apartment/sun terrace, which also offers great sunsets in the evening. We would particularly like to highlight the very friendly landlady Liane, who made a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable as a couple with a dog in the apartment. It is nicely and practically furnished and is in the middle of the old town. Everything is easily accessible and it is a good starting point for various hikes. It was also nice that we were able to park for free in the side street with a visitor's pass.

Very nice and lovingly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Nevertheless, the most important shopping facilities are easily accessible. Great for hiking. The Natural History Museum and the Samson Pit in the village are recommended. In the apartment, there was everything you needed. It was very clean and we immediately felt comfortable. Communication with the landlady was friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable! You can tell from many details that it is very important to Lenuta and Helge that the guests feel comfortable: Many towels, pillows, drinks in the fridge, good equipment for children, etc. The apartment was also larger than it looked in the photos, everything great!!

A great stay in this accommodation. The rooms are big and conformatable. The host was really helpful. We forgot something in the apartment after leaving and they sent it to us to our place back home. Thanks a lot for that!

The apartment is quiet and cozy and you will find everything you need (even sewing kit :-). The kitchen is also very well equipped. The contact with Olivia was also very good, she answers any questions immediately. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

There were four of us with 3 children and a dog with Nicole and Peter. We felt right at home and were able to enjoy our extended weekend from the first minute. The apartment is well equipped and also has a lot of toys and books as well as games for the children. The kitchen was also super equipped and left nothing to be desired. Also, the fireplace was great. In summer, the roof terrace would probably still be a dream Was. We can imagine coming back again and can fully recommend the accommodation.

We had a nice family weekend in this apartment where nothing was missing. Super amenities, spacious with 6 people and cozy. Everything is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again on our next visit to Goslar.

Overall great stay! Our unique point about not fully satisfaction was the fact of needing to bring our own bed sheets (in our case, our sheets does not fit well to the flat’s bed), so providing towels, sheets and blanket cover would be the best. In case you want it, you need to pay 20€ per person, and this price we understand that is very expensive for something that in general is expected to have included on the stay. The rest, all amazing: place, location, organization, communication and amazing flat!

We spent a few nice days there over Easter. The property was clean and had everything needed. The location was really great, we haven't had it so quiet in a long time! Especially with our dogs, the greenery all around was really fantastic. Even great excursion destinations were about 30 minutes from the property. Communication with our host was really easy, we were able to ask questions at any time and received nice and helpful tips for the area. We felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.
