Rooms: large room with kitchen-living room, fireplace (also for heating) + underfloor heating (for tiles), large bright attic: yoga/meditation room (please only enter barefoot/on socks-thank), 2 bedrooms upstairs, other sleeping facilities (living room, barn, gable), only one bathroom, 2nd in extension, large garden.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rural location in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Retro apartment

If you love patina walls, vintage furniture and an individual style of furnishing, you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is bright and can accommodate up to 3 people on 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom has a 90 bed. Please note: As this is an old building, the shower situation is not ideal (no shower curtain can be attached).

Construction trailer directly on the Havel

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

We rent out our cozily furnished apartment in Genthin OT Tucheim for 1-2 people. Whether as a trip with family or friends, a small trip for two or a vacation by bike, everyone will find their time out here. Since Tucheim is close to the Elbe Cycle Route, the accommodation is also ideal for cyclists. But our apartment is also a cozy accommodation and quiet overnight stay for business travelers and fitters.
