Vacation rentals with a patio in Gorleston-on-Sea

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

Lovely stay for a sunny weekend family getaway. Dax was really responsive and helpful, the house was lovely and only 10 mins to Gorlestone beach which was amazing for the kids with the free splash park and expansive gorgeous sand. Lots of amenities were provided and the hot tub was a great addition for chilled evenings. All round a great stay- would recommend!

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline’s modern home! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had such a warm, homely feel that immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was exactly what me and my partner needed for a peaceful getaway. The blend of modern touches with cozy comforts made it a truly special experience. WOW! What a place to stay! This is a stunningly beautiful home. Decor is gorgeous! Hot tub was amazing and definitely needed after a 7/8 mile walk from here to Winterton! Could not fault the place. We really relaxed at Julia’s place. It was tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and attention to detail. Every need was catered for. The bathroom was great, with thick towels, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and spotless and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed and deep carpet. There was a lounge with good size tv plus an extra sitting area upstairs with books and games. Outside was a lovely patio with furniture and a sunny garden area. This gets a perfect 5/5 from us.

Such a peaceful place. Lovely decor, great smell, board games, antique books. Extremely clean. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom’s window. Well equipped kitchen, lots of plants and flowers around the cottage. Rustic places with character. A lovely garden outside with table and chairs to enjoy evening drinks or a morning coffee. Overall, excellent, I will be back.

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

Great little cottage! We’ll equipped for our mini break. Great location for Beccles and the river. Quiet and secluded yet near all amenities.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

Great flat, location and host

Had a lovely weekend break. Very nice little flat with good facilities, in a brilliant location, which was very peaceful. We will definitely be back very soon.

Chloe’s Retreat was ideal for our few days in Norwich. The accommodation is ideal for a couple. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need.
