We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at the Hayloft! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location. The hosts were great, on hand if needed, and they even went to the trouble to post us a few things we'd left on the washing line! :) Thanks again folks, we'll definitely be back.

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Wow what a fantastic place , so chuffed with everything, masses of room for everyone, 100% recommend this place, you will love it, would love to return at some point . Thanks Clair for everything 👍👍👍

We had a great time at T&T’s which we used as a base to catch up with family who live locally. Host was super responsive to the queries we had in advance of our stay. We used some of the local recommendations (restaurants and beaches) which were great. In a nutshell, a lovely home - stylish, cosy and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

A lovely house in a quiet location. It is a bit of a step back in time but with everything you need, from wifi to an air-fryer. Crucially there is lots of space and comfortable beds. The garden is great, especially for children. Beccles is a lovely town and has everything you need. I would recommend visiting the Quay and also the Harris and James outlet and cafe! Lowestoft and Southwold are both close by with lovely beaches, though you may want to take a wind-break. A lovely place and I highly recommend it. I’m sure we will be back!

Hope Cottage was perfect. A roomy yet cosy cottage in a great location. Lots of lovely touches like games and books. We would definitely recommend.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. This is a terraced house on a small cul-de-sac, and parking is a bit tight, particularly if you have a large car to manoeuvre, as we do. However, we were able to park on the street. The house has been well done with lovely bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom. The heating was easy to control, and the house was lovely and warm when we needed it. As I go to the gym a few times a week, it was brilliant to have Pure Gym just a few minutes' walk away. You can buy a day pass, and although quite busy, it has everything you could hope to find there. The house worked really well for our trip, with easy access to the city centre. Communication with Emily and details of how to get in were clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Kind responsive hosts who were there to help but not intrusive. Very convenient to have en suite bathrooms for the comfortable themed rooms.

Convenient neighbourhood for walking into Norwich. The house was clean and attractive. The living spaces were very comfortable, the modern kitchen had all we needed, and the bedrooms offered plenty of space for settling in. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lyndale House was a very good base for going into Norwich and accessing the coast. It was well set up for a large group of mixed ages, (there were 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 children 5 and under. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to be together, and to eat in the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had an amazing time at this property - the pictures truly don’t do it justice! The living room is spacious and tidy, perfect for games and watching movies. The real highlight is the beautiful garden which extends out towards a lake - we played rounders and other various sports games which was only possible due to the gorgeous green space available. Janine was extremely communicative ahead of the visit, providing details of local places, list of amenities and generally being very kind and informative. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a large group staycation, this place truly is a catch!

We spent two lovely weeks in Norfolk visiting family and chose this house mainly for its location near the town center and the value it offered for the price. It turned out to be a great decision — we truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks, Paul, for always being responsive and helpful, and for the great local recommendations.
