The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Spend your vacation in a magical house on the edge of the city, in a quiet location, by the forest, “far from the noisy crowd.” My place is family-friendly, but also for friends. The enclosed area provides absolute privacy. Two terraces offer a pleasant seating area. The outdoor patio has an umbrella, grill, seating area. You can also use the indoor patio in bad weather. Parking is available behind the gate, as well as in front of the house. The house is fully and comfortably furnished. Thermal swimming pool is 1.8 km (20mins walk).

Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 more people in the living room if needed, +1 extra bed is available. Budapest and Vienna can be easily reached in 90 minutes by car and at Lake Balaton they are also at the same time.
