great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

This was a beautiful house that we enjoyed for a small family get-together. The setting was peaceful in the woods of Bailey, the house was full of light and had all of the amenities one would need from kitchen utensils, to laundry and nice linens. The place was sparkling clean and had plenty of bathrooms which is always a big plus. Plenty of hikes are nearby. You do have a drive about 45 minutes if you want to eat out in Evergreen. Kathryn and James were super friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

My family had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! We enjoyed the mountain views, hot tub, game tables, Xbox, and layout of the house. We would stay again, while next visiting the area. The house was easy to access and the surroundings beautiful.

What an amazing place! Beautifully appointed and fully decked out with everything we needed. The privacy and views were spectacular — an incredible mountain retreat close to Boulder. We enjoyed the large-screen TVs, comfy furniture, and the hot tub — perfect for unwinding. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet was lightning fast. The kitchen had all the cookware, appliances, and dishes we needed to prepare several dinners. Bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — we felt right at home. We loved every second of our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip at the dome! Nice fenced yard, beautiful views, located close to good food, trails, fishing etc! Such a cute and fun space. I would love to plan a return visit.

Stayed for a second time in Mark and Maritza’s idyllic cabin. This time we brought our son and daughter and really had a lovely time. The kids really loved the hot tub, axe throwing and hammocks. We had just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. We cooked all our meals at the cabin. It rained a lot while we were there, but we stayed cozy with the hot tub, wood burning stove and heated flooring. The coffee maker wasn’t working the morning of our arrival, but Mark responded right away and so kindly purchased a new one for us right away so we wouldn’t be without our morning cup. Thank you Mark! The kids have already asked if we can come back next year! We highly recommend this spot for a peaceful mountain retreat, yet hope it never books up too much for us to get another chance to stay.

This house was great. It was exactly as described and was very well appointed. One of the bathrooms was under construction but the host allowed us to use additional space which more than offset the issue. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The location is a bit remote but that is what we were looking for. It was easy access to Central City and Black Hawk and also easy to get to from Denver. We were very happy and would definitely recommend.

I booked this place for the views and capacity of couch and kitchen table, as I wanted all of our group to enjoy our time there all together. Views were amazing. Super clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. Unlike some airbnbs that buy cheap furniture because they don’t care and are trying to maximize profit. We had a great time. Heather responded to my questions within minutes and made everything smooth. She notified me that there was a snowfall the night before we arrived, as we had no idea since we’re from Texas and it was May. They cleared the driveway and front porch before we got there. The road up the mountain was also plowed before we arrived. The simple checkout was appreciated since we left so early in the morning.

Andrea made us feel right home!! She’s the first host that I’ve met and she was helpful, friendly, and very responsive!! Her place was kid friendly had great restaurants around and some coffee places!! Great parks in the area as well! Could stay at her place all the time!

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

This house is precious. We absolutely loved the inside. Amanda was an amazing host. She was super responsive & kind. The neighborhood is in a great location. There were several places for good food. That being said, it is also alittle intimidating but all in all we felt pretty safe most of the time. Great host, great house.

We were impressed from the moment we opened the front door and saw the view from the very spacious and open living area. We liked the view because it was not from above, we could see the valley and creek right in front of us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very nice and spacious. My grandson loved to go down to the basement, he called it the sport room. That was a great bonus. Would definitely rent this place again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Alice’s place in Denver! The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed—every detail made our long weekend super comfortable. It’s functional, cozy, and had everything we needed, including some sweet touches for our pup like a dog bed and bowls (Olive was the perfect doggy host too!). We were also greeted with snacks upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The space still felt very private, which we really appreciated, and Alice was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, with a great park right across the street that was perfect for both kids and dogs. We loved being able to walk around and explore—plus, there’s lots of great food nearby! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a small family and a furry friend. Would definitely stay again!

This place is incredible. My mom and I both said we want to stay here forever. It’s so cozy and clean and well decorated. Adorable yard and lighting. And so close to downtown Littleton. Felt just like home. Also the beds were so cozy and comfy. No notes perfect place to stay.

Had a great stay in Greg’s condo. Immaculate and looks and is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

Great condo and great location! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was a huge perk. I appreciated Roger’s great communication, always sending tidbits before I needed info—for checkin, for pool access, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

The place was comfortable and clean.Location was exactly what we were looking for, we walked nearly everywhere into town and trails near by. Other trails quick 10 minute drive. loved watching the sunset on the porch. Every restaurant with in walking distance. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Winter Park.

Just Book It. This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location! It was immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed a lot of our time on the huge outdoor deck, and Julie was a friendly and welcoming host! 10 out of 10! Thanks!
