Pictures do not do justice to this place. Great part of town. Even allowed us to park inside secured gate for our rental car. Andres was awesome. Highly recommend!!

Marion gave great instructions, was responsive and place was as advertised. The neighborhood was walkable with several good restaurants just a couple blocks away. My daughters and grand baby were there to visit family for a week and this location was close to family and was a perfect space for the three of us.

Arleen’s house was amazing, even better than the photos. The house was large and comfortable. It was well stocked and easy to feel right at home. The garden & patio were beautiful and really made the home unique. It was so private & peaceful. Good location, with easy access to anywhere. Walking distance to good restaurants & Barrio Escalante. Communication with Arleen was always smooth & easy. She was very proactive & made sure I had all the information I needed for a great trip. 100% would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay, really close to convinient locations and everything indicated in the post was a described.

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything and even more than necessary :) Everything is very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. Very good communication with the host, they are always attentive to their guests!

As usual, staying with Doña Myrna Is a great choice, always considerate, attentive, respectful and ready to help make your stay the best ever. This is, I think, the third time that I stay with this beautiful family and will do it again and again, I recommend them and their place for your next vacation in Costa Rica!

A very nice and quiet place, I liked the stay in that place and I would definitely book it again for my next visit, the people who prepared my arrival had everything covered and were very kind by messages, I send them a big thank you and I highly recommend this space, the views from the balcony are very nice at sunset

Great complex with awesome amenities

All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.
