Hotel vacation rentals in Goicoechea

The place is as shown in the photos, a place where it was more comfortable to move by car than if it had been walking. It is central but more in the car. I was left wanting to walk on Sunday through La Sabana Park. It is very close to many museums, 10 min by Uber. The room is a little dated but comfortable and has everything you need. Everything was very clean. The full kitchen is equipped. The horns and beds are comfortable. Clean daily. Breakfast is super complete, lots of variety, typical and also traditional American foods. Oatmeal, empanadas, breads, eggs to taste, gallo pinto, cheese fruits, juices, etc. I recommend it is nice and practical, it meets what you need.

Very nice hotel area with great pool and hot tub, clean and large rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Only criticism: the location, through which we did not feel very safe with dawn collapse.

The place is located in a really convenient and safe area of SJ, surrrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, small shops and galleries and away from busy streets; this small hotel is clean and got a friendly staff, highly recommended for an strategic stay in the city.

Ice place second time there

Excellent place, very clean rooms and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel like home.

For me, I was grateful; the other Airbnb I had reserved ended up having the wrong location published, so I had to book this last minute, around 8pm. I was just there for a night, but the place had a cool, very old Victorian house-style vibe. Creaky old wood floors and really tall ceilings. My room was crazy large, but it was also a handicapped room, which should be plenty large. PARKING: So they do have their own parking lot attached to the hotel, but if you arrive at night, it is locked down. So you have to go to the front desk and they have a clicker to open it. So if you park at the hotel entrance, which is on a one-way street and not really a pull-over spot but not busy so if it's late a quick stop is probably fine (cars can get around you), the garage is at least 4 car lengths before the hotel, so be smarter than me so you don't have to go around or reverse down a one-way to get in the garage. Props to the front desk agent, responsive and friendly!!

Very nice tucked away little cabin. Good bed and very quiet. Little bit further away from sightseeing spots. But with über, bus and friendly Costa Ricans doable without a car. Hosts are very helpful and even offered driving me to a restaurant on arrival.

I had a lovely stay with John and Meri! It was very clean, very quiet and peaceful, and close to the Convention Center (5-10 mins walk or 15 mins ride-share). John was super proactive and very friendly, and they were very accomodating when I had to check in later due to a flight delay. I highly recommend!

Our short stay was very good for us, as we had to go to the airport early the next day. Good Uber connection, about 15 minutes to the airport. Simple, nicely furnished. We were received in a very friendly manner. So we can say that this place is recommended, near the airport. Thank you very much.

Great hosts and nice place to stay in San José.

The place is perfect if you need a place to stay before taking the bus at terminal 7-10. It was super clean, very nice, the bed was comfy and the view was nice. The only thing I should warn you is that the hostess only speaks Spanish so you should prepare yourself if you need help with the language. The hostess was very nice and sweet though. Thank you very much for everything!
