Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The cottage is intimate and cozy, close to the forest and mountain trails. It is adjacent to our home, within a convenient distance to many of the attractions of the Owl Mountains. There is no TV in the cottage, but there is no problem with internet coverage. - Floor: two bedrooms (one pass), one double bed and two single beds, and a single sofa bed + computer workspace. -Parter: couch, table with chairs, kitchen and bathroom with shower and dryer. -Parking on the property. -Equipment box.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Located right on the Czech border, surrounded by nature and mountain trails. The interior offers everything you need for a carefree getaway: a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a warm, soothing atmosphere. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.

The apartment is located in a rental house in the center of Broumov. The 50m2 apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and entrance hall. The apartment is suitable for couples, group of friends, family with children, but also for pets (by prior arrangement). In the surroundings you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpašsko-Teplice rock town.

The offer is a 45m2 apartament with high ceilings, big windows and full concrete floor heating. The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.
