My family and I had a fantastic stay in Noel’s house. Absolutely beautiful scenery. House was so clean and had all necessary amenities. Lovely beds and fresh sheets/ towels etc. Very responsive host. Nothing was an issue. The kids even got to see some newborn lambs! Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Mayo. 10/10

It was lovely staying at Nicola’s place … the house was nice and comfortable with all the essentials stocked that one needs . Nicola was very helpful, friendly and clear in all her communication … the location is quite good …. while the house itself provides full privacy in a beautiful green peaceful surrounding … it is quite conveniently located for exploring Mayo … will not hesitate to come back when back in area .. The cottage is beautiful. It has everything you need and more. I loved the paintings hanging in the house: all wonderful. Although the weather was rainy, we enjoyed the area thanks to the tips received. Anne was very nice and responsive. I highly recommend a stay with you.

As 2 Americans visiting the Mayo/Sligo region for a month Andrea's place was ideal. VERY comfortable/firm king bed, privacy/thick doors between main room and bedrooms. Well heated. Great daylighting with windows you can open wide. Small but well stocked kitchen (we cooked daily), two places for us to work (FAST internet). Andrea made her welcome basket all gluten free for us too! The main room: kitchen, kitchen table, a loveseat, and chair. It is cozy and worked perfect for two adults who already live in a small house. Nearby Ballina is full of local coffee shops (Check out Christina at Cupan Ceoil, Dave at Dave's, and more), restaurants, large grocery stores, pubs (Betty's, Vincy's), and local shops. Sligo is only an hour away and the beautiful Enniscrone beaches are only 20 minutes away! Foxford is close as well as Swinford. Can't say enough about all the local places and people. Can't imagine a better place to stay if you are planning on daytripping around Mayo!
