Monthly Rentals in Glen Urquhart

I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Stag Hut. The hut was beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy, and had so many thoughtful touches, including fresh produce like milk, eggs, and jam provided. It really made the stay feel special. The host was so accommodating - I accidentally locked myself out in the evening, and she was so kind and quick to come and help. I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable experience. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This place was a dream come true. Not only was it immaculately clean and comfortable, but it was so well-equipped. It had everything we could've possibly needed for our stay. The grounds were stunning, peaceful, and perfect for our kids. If you have young kids, there is no better place in Scotland. The sand pit and swing set were a huge hit, as were the books and toys in the house. We loved having fires by the lake at night and relaxing in the hot tub. I could go on and on about how much we loved it here. Highly highly recommend!

Great place, clean, tidy, comfortable and modern. Hosting by Dan (and his colleagues) was excellent, sorted out minor snags quickly and efficiently, and provided local knowledge and recommendations. As previous guests have noted, the open plan living area could do with blinds for the windows like the bedrooms have, to prevent it getting too warm (south facing). Also, the broadband was fairly slow but, overall, these detract only a little from what is an excellent property.

The location is stunning - the views are unparalleled! Fiona and Dave made us feel welcome immediately! An amazing stay! We stayed in a snow wonderland and even saw the Northern Lights! Would highly recommend the old farmhouse. We would love to return!
