Historic Fisherman´s Cottage at the Beach for two. Private Garden, Roof Terrace.

Have lunch on a sunny terrace looking over gardens and terracotta-tiled roofs or dine in the little garden. Chat by a wood-burning stove in a handmade vintage kitchen. Built in 1900, the 2-story home boasts wooden shutters, oak and limestone floors, and a tasteful heritage palette. The little fisherman´s house has recently been renovated with lots of love, is part of a historic fisherman´s colony, national heritage and absolutely unique in the coast of Maresme, direct coast of Barcelona. Due to guidelines of Covid-19 the house is cleaned from top to bottom, so that my guests can feel safe The historic fisherman´s house has been refurbished faithfully, with a special emphasis on high quality materials: e.g. the ground floor is tiled with limestone, the bathroom with spanish cement tiles, the bedroom is equipped with oak parquet and lovingly refurbished antique or handmade furniture in the whole house and garden. On request there can be placed a baby bed for 30 Euros in total. purchasing possibilities, groceries, farmacies, restaurants and cafes within close proximity (450 ft/ 150 meters) To the beach approx. a 5 minutes walk, to the station 6 minutes. I certainly give advice and suggestions for retaurants, and worth seeing places. I live quite close, therefore you can contact me easily. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just minutes from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. It’s an easy 35-minutes ride by railway into downtown Barcelona from the nearby train station. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. Also very nice for those who prefer nature and landscapes: Go hiking or biking in the enormous Serralada Natural Park. The railway connection to Barcelona is perfect. After 35 minutes you directly get off at Plaza Catalunya, the heart of Barcelona. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. For the winter months we offer a special price for a 4 week-stay, free choice between January 8 and March 31, for 1500 Euro in total. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just some minutes away from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. Can Baldiri es una casa de finales del Siglo XVIII esculpida en la roca que aguanta muy bien las térmicas de la temperatura. Lugares de interés: - Magma Términos Orion - Castillo de Farners - Ruta de las 10 ermitas - Fábrica Galletas Trias. Les encantará la situación de la casa, es una zona muy acogedora, las vistas son espectaculares, la casa está en una ubicación muy buena. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios, familias (con hijos) y mascotas.

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Hemos ido un fin de semana un grupo grande de amigos con nuestros hijos y nos hemos sentido como en casa desde el primer momento. Una casa preciosa y cómo lo que esperábamos: una masía antigua decorada con muy buen gusto, con dos planta además de la planta baja, con muchas habitaciones y cada una con su baño!!!, con una cocina enorme con su chimenea, en un entorno tranquilo, verde y al lado del rio. Y en el exterior, mesas y barbacoa y piscina ( compartida con un pequeño hotel junto a la masia, sin molestias), y un gran prado verde. Sólo puedo decir que hemos vuelto a alquilar la casa para un fin de semana en verano.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison bleue située dans le centre historique. Le lieu est paisible et calme, idéal pour se ressourcer le soir notamment sur la jolie terrasse située sur le toit de la maison. La communication avec Giulia est parfaite, est très réactive, Giulia est attentionnée. Nous recommandons ce lieu et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Le logement était très fonctionnel et propre, avec un bel extérieur. Notre séjour était très agréable. La maison est située dans une zone rurale, il faut compter 15 min de voiture minimum pour se rendre vers des endroits touristiques. Les hôtes sont soucieux de notre bien être et prennent des nouvelles régulièrement.

Wir können nur die vorhandenen Bewertungen bestätigen. Pere ist eine sehr offene und herzliche Person und bemüht sich, dass die Gäste sich wie Zuhause fühlen. Wir blieben leider nicht so lange, aber wir haben uns sehr erholt. Das Schwimmbad ist ein Luxus, sowie das Meer ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Morgens früh aufstehen und vor dem Kaffee ins Wasser springen und dann viertel vor 7 am Strand, um den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen, vielleicht aus dem Wasser, ein Meer, das um diese Zeit spiegelglatt wie ein See ist. Und wenn die Hitze zu viel wird, kehrt man zum Schwimmbad zurück. Unbeschwert Wasserspiele mit den Kindern. Lesen. Siesta. Schwimmen, auch in der Nacht. Da wir am Anfang unseres Urlaubs in den Bergen gewandert sind, war es ein erholsamer Abschluss. Und nicht vergessen den Supermarkt, der gegenüber sich befand. Sehr praktisch. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat,ist der Sand dessen Kampf im Haus ich verloren habe, trotz Staubsaugen oder kehren. Ich hoffe, Pere verzeiht mir

Wir waren 11 Tage im April bei Olivier et Sophie und sehr zufrieden. Gemütliches kleines Haus mit Holzofen, den wir in den ersten Tagen abends brauchten. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft los wandern, allerdings sollte man etwas Kondition mitbringen. Zum Abendessen mit dem Auto sind es so 10 Minuten bis Ceret. Olivier war sehr hilfsbereit und für uns mit unserem Hund Lotte ein gelungener Urlaub!

Nous avons passé un excellent WE en famille. Idéal pour randonner, profiter du coucher du soleil, ou simplement de la vue grandiose… et tout cela à proximité de la côte! Refuge bien équipé. La description de la route est fiable donc pas de problème en roulant lentement. A savoir, Le GR passe devant le refuge donc très pratique pour se balader et pas mal de passage dans la journée le WE. Merci encore!

We loved our stay at Mas Ametller!! The house was charming, surroundings green and peaceful and you could get with a car to the medieval cities or seaside in 30minutes. My little son loved all the activities offered and we enjoyed our bike ride. It’s a great option for family especially with small children as you can get a superb vacation where your little ones continue smiling 😊 thanks! We hope to come back!!

Caroline and Jean Miguel really are the loveliest of hosts. And their gite is charming rustic and perfect for a chill and relaxing time in the peace of the beautiful surroundings and countryside. The cottage is deceptively spacious and very comfortable - we all slept really well!! The pool is fab for a morning dip or to cool down in the hot afternoon, and the garden and veranda/ conservatory were welcome added bonuses for relaxing outdoors in the evening with dinner and a beer/ glass of wine whilst playing Uno or game found in the games cupboard! Thanks Caroline and Jean Miguel for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit again.
