Downstairs, 2 bedrooms measuring 3.1x3.8 m and 2.8x3.8 m are rented, each with its own bathroom measuring 2.2x2.5 m. The entrance to the rooms is independent. The host lives in the rest of the house. Guests rent 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a 50 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a 30 m² porch with magnificent ocean views, a 200 m² garden, and parking.

It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.

It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
