Maël’s home was absolutely gorgeous, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. An incredibly pristine home full of everything we needed - linens and towels, kitchen basics, toiletries, toys for the kids, everything! The location was wonderful, so peaceful and beautiful. Maël was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely ten days, with three generations of the family coming together in this beautiful location. It made a great base for us to explore the surrounding sights and a quiet place to relax when needed.

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

We enjoyed the stay at Daniel &Susans place. Susan welcomed us really warm and gave us nice tipps for the evening. The garden was awesome.

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

We didn't see each other (very short stay) but the exchanges were pleasant. Dominique was very accommodating. The cottage is very good, nothing to report. Recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Despite the dreary weather upon arrival, we had a very nice evening around the wood stove and a very good night. The dome is very cozy. we had breakfast outside in the open air, in the sun with stunning views of the valley.

Very good stay in this beautiful and AUTHENTIC family home with undeniable charm. We were 4 adults and 2 children 3/4 years old: the children loved playing in the sandpit/bocce court in the garden and the educational farm nearby, we adults we loved the large friendly kitchen and the masterful bathroom with views of the countryside. Small bonus for dishes: what a pleasure to eat on cute vintage plates! The house is very old, so it was a little wet when we arrived (no surprise given the season) but once the fireplace started and the house ventilated, everything was normal. This is a really lovely cottage in amongst the vines, and a wonderful pool, terrace, bbq... It was extremely hot for the first few days (over 38 degrees) and although the cottage wasn't air-conditioned, it was cool and there were plenty of fans. Emma was extremely helpful and suggested lots of local restaurants and activities which were all great. The cottage was well supplied with everything we needed - good for cooking, and I read from (and donated to) the great little library of books provided. The unexpected bonus was that her TV could access UK BBC live and we watched a LOT of the Olympics with UK commentary! Such a lovely holiday, thank you.

Excellent weekend in this beautiful home. There are wonderful views of the vineyards, and the pool and jacuzzi make the stay even more enjoyable! The house is very comfortable, and impeccable. Sonja and her family are adorable, very attentive and always responsive! Many thanks to them for making my birthday weekend so successful!

We had a wonderful stay at Inge’s farmhouse which is obviously a much loved family home from home, along with beautiful artistic touches. The pool was gorgeous and it was a delight to swim with an uninterrupted view of the vineyards. Our kids enjoyed the swing, volleyball and pool inflatables and we enjoyed the various places to sit outside. Inge and her family were fantastic hosts and shared lots of local info and recommendations for days out and things to do.

this is our second stay at Emmanuelle's and we are as excited as the first time. the house is very nicely decorated while being very functional and well equipped. the exteriors are beautiful and it's nice to relax. we'll be back with pleasure. thank you again to Emmanuelle for hosting us so well.

Lovely place surrounded by vineyards. Great pool and large house made it ideal for a family. Our hosts were so helpful and responsive.

An excellent stay with very pleasant additional services. Anaïs was super responsive and attentive to our expectations. We had a great time, Montalivet beach being a 20 min drive away, we were able to make the most of it!

We had a fantastic vacation at this most beautiful home. Lots of space, decorated with great taste and really nice furniture, a huge park and beautiful surroundings. At our welcome there were even fresh flowers (lily of the valley) on the table in the living room. What a lovely touch! The hosts are super nice, accessible in case of need, and discreet if you want to be by yourself. We immedeately felt at home and had a wonderful time. The house itself is just stunning. It felt to us like a time capsule we were so lucky to be allowed to live in for ten days. And everything was sparkling clean. Our kids (9 and 11) had a great time, too. The hosts were most charming and child friendly. They showed us around the estate, invited us (and the children) to roam and even feed the horse on the meadow. All in all, this was the best holiday experience we ever had (and we had a bunch of fairly nice ones so far). A huge thank you to Marie-Laurence and Daniel. We would love to go there again!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

Thank you so much Maria and Damien for a wonderful weekend - everything was just perfect. The chateau was beautiful, in lively surroundings and extremely well equipped with lots of lovely touches throughout. The wine tasting was phenomenal and it was great to be able to purchase the wine straight from the comfort of the kitchen. Maria and Damien were amazing hosts, very responsive, giving great tips and offering so much flexibility to make our trip as great as could be. The dogs were so lovely too! We enjoyed being able to walk the quieter country roads nearby, including to Haux village to the nice Auberge. We really hope to come back soon.

There were 2 of us and we spent 1 month in the accommodation. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is very functional and well arranged. We had a small problem during our stay and Elise was very responsive and found a solution in no time. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Cécile's place. The accommodation is spacious, very well furnished, very quiet and close to the city and the sea. Bikes are a plus, we didn't have time to enjoy them. Maybe some other time. The small garden is very nice. And perfect communication with Cécile.

I stayed at Régis and Candice's with my two children, who are two and a half and a half and a half years old. Régis and Candice were very friendly. They introduced us to their animals, which we were lucky enough to feed. My kids and I had a magical time on this farmhouse.
