This was a very affordable rental which gave us access to Leeds for 3 days. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with new decor and excellent bathroom. Great TV and fast wifi allowed me to work from the property - it was exactly what we wanted

This is such a charming guesthouse. Very bright and spacious as well as spotless and cosy. Mick was great. He provided us with detailed instructions on how to find the place and gave us a little tour when we arrived. He even provided us with milk, bread and fruit. I would love to stay here again.
