Monthly Rentals in Gilbert

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Barbara’s place. We were in town for a wedding and all of the hotels were crazy expensive for the number of people we needed space for, and Barbara’s price was more than reasonable. It was refreshing to not have an exorbitant cleaning fee. Check in and out was uncomplicated and the space was impeccable. Beds were comfy and the extra twin beds were awesome. If we ever need to come back to the Phoenix area, we would stay here again.

If you are looking for a private, quiet sleeping spot without going the (noisy) hotel route then Mia's place is it. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for a larger metro area. The place is exactly as her description states and Mia also communicates extra helpful tips to ensure the stay goes smoothly. I would give it three thumbs up but only have two :-)

I really enjoyed my stay here. Walked into a super organized and clean home. The home is located in a nice neighborhood with nice neighbors. Valerie was very responsive and worked with my schedule during my stay
