Everything you need in this super clean, cozy, and safe space. Conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and groceries. Hiking, boating and golf are a short drive. Nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing get-a-way: luxury linens, coffee maker and coffee pods, microwave, fridge, ice maker and amenities. Enjoy the large outdoor patio and BBQ. We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. Separate guest house with private entrance off of a beautiful court yard. Free wi-fi, Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer, DirecTV, towels, small refrigerator, microwave and ice maker. Minimal interaction. Quiet cul de sac located close to the 202 (San Tan) freeway and only 2 miles from the trendy shops and restaurants of downtown Chandler. Free parking in the drive way or on the street. Please note: there is no kitchen this unit. Spacious Casita, Quiet, Peaceful Home - No Stairs!

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.
