I had a nice stay in Elena's house. Friendly family. Comfortable and cool (in June) room, very clean and we'll equipped. Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

Schönes, sehr kleines Zimmer in einem Viertel mit Studenten- und scheinbar Sozialwohnungen. Viele kleine Läden und Kneipen in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberinnen sind nett, halten sich aber in ihren Zimmern auf. Man wird gebeten, nicht groß zu kochen, nur was kurz erwärmen ist ok. Das Zimmer hat einen Ventilator in der Deckenlampe, die Klimaanlage ist im Flur und war nie an, solange ich da war. Und auch wenn, ich hätte ungern mit offener Türe zum Flur geschlafen. Wenn man Hitzeprobleme hat, sollte man ein Zimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage buchen. Das Viertel Getafe finde ich interessant, wer Madrid feeling will, sollte aber in der Stadt wohnen. Ich war beruflich in Madrid, habe also das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und 2-3 Std. Filmschnitt Abends genutzt. Eine tolle Unterkunft für Preisbewusste, in 15 min. ist man am Bahnhof und in weiteren 15 im Zentrum (Sol).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Laura. Le quartier est en dehors de Madrid, mais pas très loin de la gare. Nous cherchions un endroit paisible et l'appartement de Laura était parfait ! Le matelas grince un peu mais tout est fait pour le confort des invités, on sent que Laura cherche à fournir un excellent service. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir eu l'occasion de la rencontrer mais la communication a toujours été très amicale !
