Monthly Rentals in Germantown, Nashville

I went to Nashville for a conference meeting. Great place! I would definitely recommend it to friends. Very clean and cozy. The location is about a 10-minute drive from Broadway and downtown ($8–$15 uber of Lyft). You get a nice Airbnb for what you pay. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two months here and highly recommend it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos with floor to ceiling windows, great view, and plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I each had our own TV. 😁 Location can’t be beat with great restaurants and museum within walking distance. The pool area and rooftop deck are amazing! Covered free parking and Whole Foods attached. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful space!

This Airbnb has completely felt like home! We are nestled in a very safe and comfortable part of town. LOTS to do, see and eat, all within walking distance. Dog parks, museums, restaurants, you name it! Jonathan has been nothing short of an amazing host. He is friendly, communicative and takes pride in his property. He has been very generous in every way, whether we need local recommendations, supplies or maintenance. I would recommend this home to anyone. We are very sad to leave!
