Gather the family for a barbecue on the rooftop deck of this new house just two miles from Broadway. There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh. Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove. We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks. You will have access to the entire home. You will be given an access code to the front door, or you can download the August smart lock app and we can grant you access. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key in case the August smart locks stop working. 24 hour access available for late travelers if notified in advance. Guests that drive in can use the garage but plenty of parking in front of house as well. I live in Nashville and will be available for help throughout your stay via the app, text or phone. The house is in Germantown, the hottest and quaintest neighborhood in Nashville. It’s within walking distance of many of Nashville's top restaurants, bars, and breweries. Uber or Lyft is a great way to get around, but you can also walk or rent a bike (B Bikes stations are everywhere) to all the Germantown restaurants, shops, breweries and bars, downtown and more.

We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.
