This place was great super clean, short drive to downtown, really enjoyed staying here it’s perfect for a lil weekend getaway with friends!! Would definitely recommend!

There are not words in the English language for me to perfectly depict how wonderful my stay was with JC! The place looked exactly like the pictures, JC is very communicative, and he has so many amenities. There were personal hygiene products in the bathroom, which is super great (especially for someone like me who always forgets something). Also, he has the lovely Public Goods products in the shower. There were snacks, and a nice full Brita in the fridge. On top of that, he had a nice local guide, and I personally thought it was the perfect location. It’s not quite in the middle of everything, but I found it close enough to where you could walk or have a very short drive to wherever you wanted to go! My boyfriend and I went for a concert at Marathon Music works, and it was only a 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! Worth every penny (: Thank you JC!!!

We had a BLAST for Memorial Day weekend in Nashville and Raneeta/Jana were GREAT hosts! Their place literally has everything you could need and was spotless! The lights/fan/tv's were all so easy to use and clear instructions were given on using everything in the room. We had 1 minor inconvenience with the fridge going out and within a few hours, they had maintenance there fixing it so we appreciated that very much. Excellent spot for walking/scootering/ubering around town and was VERY quiet at night. Loved the pool and gym as well. You will NOT regret staying here when visiting N.Ville. :)

Jana's place was perfect! Close to everything and the communication was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

Place was Fantastic and definitely would recommend to anyone. Beautiful views, cozy and very relaxing. It was walking distance to everything with great restaurants right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!!

The place was very cozy and comforting. Normally I get nervous away from home but truly felt right at home. Not super close to downtown but close enough that we could rent scooters and ride into town or walked if we felt ambitious. The neighborhood was very quiet, other than the trail close by but it barely went by at night. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Main things i loved about the place was the location and the view. I love the neighborhood and the convenience to everything. Even if you wanted to go further downtown its a short drive away. The parking was private and gated which was nice. Place was comfortable enough for what we needed. All the great restaurants we visited were within 5 minutes away. Host was nice and very responsive.

We loved everything about this place. Pristine cleanliness. Comfortable furniture (including the couches and bed). Comfortable bedding with plenty of nice pillows of differing levels of firmness. A weighted blanket was also provided. We had never used one before and now might get one for ourselves. Quiet and beautiful environment. Easy off-street parking, and plenty of street parking as well. Ample kitchen counter space, large refrigerator with filtered water. Coffee pot with coffee pods provided. The main room is large but cozy. The shower had great shower heads, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot and cold water. Room temperature easily controlled by guest. Really nothing but positive things to say about this lovely place.

Place was great, clean and new. Abode staff always helpful. Very short distance to a great restaurant (Butchertown Hall). I’d recommend staying here.

First time in Nashville and I could not have selected a better place. Super easy to get around the city from here. Not much traffic at all in this area. The host was very accommodating and genuinely cares. He is helpful and very responsive. My only real note of substance is that the parking garage is a little cozy, so be mindful of this if you have a larger size vehicle such as a full-size truck. I did also mention that the gym had some opportunity with the equipment. But besides that, everything was fantastic.

This was a last minute trip and was amazing! From the pre-booked prompt messaging right to the check out all was super organized and easy. We loved the decor and felt like we were in Nashbile every morning and evening. The living room wall was a perfect photo selfie backdrop and morning coffee on private balcony was so needed after a night out. Located was perfect and only a short walk to Broadway Street.

Really enjoyed our trip to Nashville. The Airbnb was a great location. It is a few blocks from Vanderbilt, the park where they had a music festival and blocks from live music at night. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

This was a great place to stay to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. It was a short, easy, and convenient walk to the convention center and restaurants. Nick was very responsive to my hope for an early check-in as well.

Place was gorgeous and so fun for our group. Host was quick to respond to messages . Roof top and basement had the most fun spots to hang out

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars
