Apartment vacation rentals in Nashville

We had a great stay here and loved how close it was to everything! We walked to Broadway and The Gulch and enjoyed the space, which was clean and comfy. Emile was very communicative, but thankfully we only needed him for instructions and logistics. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. So close to everything you need there in Nashville. So many food places and very close to Broadway and the concert arena. Perfect spot for some time in Nashville. Please was very clean and towels were awesome. Bed was very comfy as well. Absolutely recommend this place when staying in Nashville.

It was a nice place to stay near Nashville. The hottub and deck were nice. There were a lot of wasps swarming the hottub (it’s out in nature so that happens) but other than that it was great.

We stayed here for a bachelor party and it was perfect. The location is roughly an easy 8-10 minute drive to Broadway. The patio is where we spent most of our time and was probably our favorite thing about the place. We have no complaints in regard to the cleanliness of the building or comfort of the beds. Chancy and Chris were great hosts and I’d be more than happy to stay at another one of their properties in the future!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

This place is in a great neighborhood! It’s on the same street as some recording studios, walkable to different restaurants and a short ride from downtown. It’s been tastefully remodeled, well decorated and feels plenty big for two in Nashville with a super comfy bed! Mark’s communication was fantastic before and during our stay. The messages we received from our hosts were comprehensive, proactive and downright hilarious. Mark also provided us with great recommendations in the area and downtown!

Awesome spot with great amenities. Perfect for a short walk to Broadway but the calmness of the gulch.

Very clean and new place just 8 minutes from downtown. The area is very nice corporate type place environment with a couple cute restaurants and cafes. Would defn come back

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

Such a great space and so convenient for getting downtown without any hassle. Plenty of great restaurants within a mile of the apartment. Michelle was an amazing host and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! The parking situation could be a little confusing. I think some pictures to help identify the correct Allie, and gate to drive down would be helpful other than that great unit.

We had a lovely stay here and were grateful for the separate room for our kids to sleep in. Wendy was a wonderful host and everything about the apartment was wonderful.

My party and I had a great stay! It was clean, close to Broadway, and communication with the hosts was awesome. I would certainly stay there again if I were to come back to Nashville!

This place is super cute especially for a girls get away! There was 6 of us and it was the right amount of space. It was cozy when we all had our suitcases open but it was worth it. It was walk able to Broadway and all other locations. The location was perfect!

We had a great stay! Everything we needed. We love that the location is close to downtown without being in the downtown mayhem—— perfect for walking to downtown!

Great stay. Location, location, location. Easy, safe walk to Broadway. Super clean. Only suggestion would be a mattress upgrade. So hard, my husband and I both left after a three night stay with back and hip pain.

My husband and I felt right at home. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were cooking and eating in. The location is next to an amazing BBQ restaurant and conveniently located close to a Burger King and gas station/store. If you like walking and choose your route carefully, Nashville nightlife is roughly 35 minutes away. My only recommendation would be to add a few more washcloths; there were plenty of towels. The only negative of the whole place is that the frontroom is not comfortable.

We loved everything about the unit. Very clean, modern and furniture was all extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible loft and location. We had 6 stay and given the flexibility of the couches folding out into beds made for comfy sleeping arrangements. Plenty of linen, complimentary coffee beans, creamer, ice maker that made a bunch of ice for all those broadway prep drinks.
