Private suite vacation rentals in Nashville

My husband, 11 yr old son, and I stayed three nights while visiting Nashville. This location was perfect for us, an upscale neighborhood right next to a huge park, and within 12 minutes drive of all the places we wanted to check out while in the city. John's place looks even bigger and better than the photos, with fresh, clean, wonderful smelling towels and linens, super comfy queen bed, and bonus queen air mattress. Attention to detail is seen in the provided extras such as toiletries, coffee, a thoughtful binder of local recommendations, and cold waters in the garage fridge. Ran into John just once as we were always on the go, but had a nice chat and he's super friendly. If you have three or more in your family just be prepared to either take quick showers or alternate am and pm showers as the hot water tank is limited. We didn't have a problem but noticed we were using it up quickly. Thanks for the awesome hospitality! 5 stars!

They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful hosts, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the neighborhood was lovely and walkable with lots to do. What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! We loved our stay at Amy’s place! It was clean and comfortable, with every possible necessity thought of! As a group of females traveling alone we felt very safe in the BnB/neighborhood. If we come back to Nashville we’d love to stay here again.

We had a nice quiet stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful house and neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Great host too.

Overall, great stay for the weekend. Not too far from downtown. Good experience.

We stayed here one night when we went to downtown Nashville and it did not disappoint!!! The home is very beautiful and clean!! Kelly was quick to answer any questions I had and overall was a very great host!! Would definitely stay here again!! 10-10 recommend if you need a place to stay while in Nashville!!!

wow, what a wonderful stay and wonderful host!! The apartment was very private and in a great area of east Nashville!! Everything in East Nashville was a 5-15 min walk away and downtown was a short drive over the bridge! the place was super clean and exactly as described. Allyson was always responsive and very nice!! we had everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Kids loved the foosball table and the electric organ. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of driving. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here in Nashville. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly, lots of lovely bars and local restaurants. A short trip to Broadway if you want to go and Ubers a plenty. The apartment has everything needed. Very easy check in and Jessica was always at hand if needed. Even had a little book of recommendations! Overall a great stay and made our first ever trip to Nashville one to remember!

My sister and I stayed here for a half marathon we were running and it was perfect. During our stay there was a tornado warning and the power lines were knocked down but Bryana and Scott were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions about where to go and what to do during the tornado warning. They checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were safe. We ended up staying with a friend after the tornado because the electric company said they wouldn't be able to restore power until later that night or early the next day and Bryana and Scott even offered to reimburse us for our Saturday night since we didn't stay there. They were very kind and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend their place.

Clean, cozy, and peaceful. Just what we needed for a weekend of shopping and going to a show. It was easy to get to and navigate to our destinations. Great food nearby!

We loved staying here for the weekend! The guest suite is private and in a great location. The apartment is bigger than it looked in photos and very nice! We loved being in East Nashville as well. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

This place is so cozy and clean! It’s an 8 min drive to broadway or a 10 min walk to 12th avenue for great food and shopping. It’s also super close to Belmont university. Anytime I come back to Nashville this is where I’ll stay! Thank you so much;)

We stayed here with another couple and were so impressed with the privacy. Both of the couples had their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. We didn’t need to get in contact with Kim much at all. We didn’t feel like our privacy lacked even though their primary residence is attached. We did have to cut our trip short, but that was due to severe weather going home and not to do with the beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's. The location was a short drive to downtown Nashville. Would stay again.
