The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €100.00 FINAL CLEANING will be charged and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (Children up to the age of 15 are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. COST for pets €20,- per day!

Originally a hunting lodge built in the early 20th century, this south-facing wooden chalet enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for one large or two small families, it offers beds for up to 7. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, balcony with mountain view and large private garden. Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. Natürlich exklusiv nur für Sie - das ganze Haus für Sie alleine! Skibus zum Wildkogel: nur 50m entfernt! Sie haben 2 Schlafzimmer mit Möglichkeit ein Kinderbett beizustellen. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Our house is quietly located and has a beautiful view. The ski bus stops in front of the door. The house has a ski room with ski boot dryer. Studio for Two

Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

Brückenhof Studio

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Cozy apartment centrally located in Krimml

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
