Excellent accommodation and in a beautiful location surrounded by the mountains with snow on top at the end of May! Highly recommend this property as a place to stay and would love to return during the Winter season.

How does one find enough superlatives to describe a phenomenal Airbnb experience? When I chose this rental, I didn’t quite understand that it’s what Americans call a Mother-in-law apartment. Completely private and autonomous yet connected to the hosts’ large home. The apartment overlooks the hosts’ small family farm. Chickens, geese, sheep, vegetables, and flowers and trees galore. Renowned architect Maurice Sauzet designed the structure. Americans will think of Frank Lloyd Wright. Wonderful. Inside you enjoy the ingenuity and dedication to top quality materials, construction, appliances, functionality and beauty. Plenty of storage. Zero clutter. Super-comfortable bed. I spent hours on the patio looking out over the trees and livestock to the snow-capped Pyrénées. Walks up the street to the top of the hill. Star-gazing at night. Discovering the rich history of the region. Please only rent this Airbnb if you’ll respect and appreciate the best in lodging and human kindness!

Once we found the place we were overawed by how delightful the gite and it's superb surroundings. We sat and had our meals looking at the beautiful countryside. Valerie and Serge were great hosts despite the language difficulty. This is a brilliant place to stay for absolute peace and relaxation. Thank you.

Amandine and Johan have carried out an exceptional renovation, quality materials and very innovative equipment. In addition, they are very welcoming and available. We highly recommend this accommodation, we had a wonderful stay with friends. The children had a lot of fun, everything is done to have a quiet stay. Special mention for the view of the snowy mountains when you wake up.

After a rain of stars, it's hard to tell. Great welcome, great information, great house, pool, spa and sauna. Great directions to do things nearby. so EVERYTHING GREAT. Fantastically located in a small mountain village, a vacation home with perfect and loving room and garden design. The furnishings and furniture are very high quality and extremely extensive. There's nothing missing! Vanessa and Ludo are very friendly and accommodating. You can tell that they put a lot of passion into the house. We were very reluctant to leave and would be happy to come back!

The accommodation is exceptional, the decor and environment are really nice. We really enjoyed having everything we needed in kitchen equipment. Thanks to this we had a lovely time with the family. Sophie is really very friendly. I recommend it without hesitating to recharge your batteries :)

We had a lovely stay at Béatrice's place, with our 2-year-old and a couple of friends. Spacious, bright and pleasant accommodation with its stove, well-equipped and well-located, beautiful view of the mountains from the garden. The mezzanine is difficult to use as a bedroom because it is very open to the living room, the other 2 "real" bedrooms are very comfortable. Thank you Béatrice for your warm welcome, your availability and your kindness!

We had a great weekend in this really beautiful place! The decor is done with great taste, everything is clean and ultra pleasant to live in. The setting is just perfect for relaxing: quiet, nature, a real breath of fresh air. You feel good as soon as you arrive, it's the perfect spot to disconnect. The owners are super nice and passionate, they even showed us their working watermill, right next to the cottage, it was great. Frankly, a little piece of heaven, we'll be happy to come back!

We loved our stay! The house is lovely - very well maintained; the kitchen was fully equipped with essentials. Overall, we had a peaceful stay surrounded by beautiful scenery. (The bay window was an absolute treat!) Highly recommend!

Very pleasant weekend at La Soulanaise. Key box that allows for self check-in. Living room spacious enough, little extra for the fireplace. Drawback on the water flow which is really very low. It didn't bother us over the weekend but it can be more problematic over the week maybe
