the house is really number 10, I thought I'd buy salt and pepper for cooking before you go, I thought I'd get into the house, mint coffee, salt, pepper, oil, everything was available, there was a pot and pan, the view was already great, only the neighborhood was very loud, and the children made a lot of noise when they went up and down in the apartment, the room is children, thanks to them, it's no problem, the bathroom is clean, everything was sparkling clean, the host was interested enough, thanks to the host, it was only a little nice, the location was not in a nice place, I recommend those who do not want to take a taxi on the mansion, get off at the zafer middle school station, open the location on the map for a maximum of 5 minutes. Also, there is a shopping mall in the neighborhood, your information is that, as we know, do not carry 10 km with you. 🤣

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Once again, a pleasure to stay in this place. Communication with Utku is excellent, the house is wonderful, the area is very good, it is well connected with public transport, everything as they describe it. We will repeat many more times. Thanks for having us!

i would like to openly state that I have rented a house in Izmir and many other places for many years due to work. This is the best place to rent a house in Izmir and many other places. İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.

The place we stayed was very clean and tidy. We did not feel anything missing. We would like to thank Mr. Ali Ozan, who hosted us. My fiancé and I have also prepared a surprise organization. We also named Rex for his lovely friends in the garden, an incredibly smart kopek. Thanks for everything🙏🏻

A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

We enjoyed our stay very much, we felt like we were in our own home. The sauna thing was also delicious :)

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

The only problem is that we couldn't turn on the air conditioning inside, we didn't want to disturb the host because it was late, honestly , the house is beautiful , the pool is nice , the hosts are beautiful people, just don't forget to ask about the air conditioning when entering 😅🫶🏼

First of all, we thank the distinguished father for his warmth, friendliness, hospitality, honesty, goodwill and many things I can't count on… A very good host… The house is really spacious and immaculate…Everything is really tidy and convenient… Those with cleanliness can leave their doubts on one side… Comfort in the garden, peace and quiet, you can't afford to taste the sun…In short, everything is 10/10 👍

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

Ms. Ela was very friendly and kind. She was very helpful from check-in to checkout. The location of the house is very nice and quiet and safe. Next time, I will definitely be withdrawing it.

I had a wonderful stay at Hootan’s place. He is a genuine and kind host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Despite my delayed arrival, he kindly waited for me, even postponing his work, and helped carry my luggage. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it to be a great value for the price. The two cats were absolutely adorable and very quiet. One of the highlights of my stay was when Hootan, who usually doesn’t work on Sundays, prepared a delicious homemade Indian-style dinner for me—it was truly a special experience. During my six-day stay, I explored Izmir as well as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, and Thyatira. Everything was safe and comfortable, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Hootan’s place to anyone visiting Izmir!

Lovely stay. Got picked up from the airport, which was hugely appreciated as I was a bit worried about getting a taxi in the evening. Very nice chats. Amazing view of the sea. Comfortable bed.
